Thank you for doing exercises for Seniors. I was able to complete the whole exercise. What I love about your programs is that they are not fast and hard on your joints and you do recovery in between exercises.🙏🏾
This was my 1st time trying this workout. I got through it and enjpyed it. I had a little difficulty with 2 or 3 exercises that combined 3-4 moves, but I just kept moving even if I wasn't doing them quite right and in proper sequence. Felt like I had a good workout and I worked up a little sweat. Yep, I'll be doing it again. I'll get better with practice. Thank you Mr. Adams.
The core workout was a bit tough for me but I managed to finish all the reps due to your ongoing encouragement. I especially liked the boxing moves at the end - they were really fun!
Great workout Curtis! I'm a 30 year old paralyzed women and it's sometimes hard for me to find motivation to workout but your energy motivated me so thank you Even though I can't do the leg moves I still got a good workout in
