- The Cartune Company (2003) Ltd in New Zealand does 1uz and 3uz conversions / parts and wiring. We have been working on UZ Toyota V8 engines since 2004 when we did our own Hiace van to transport dirtbikes around NZ. Since then we have swapped to doing mainly just Lexus V8 work from a family owned farm hidden away in our paradise , surrounded by the NZ native bush. Why didn't he cut the firewall ? Thats going to handle shit mate and you know it bro ! I ran v6 cars back in the 80's and we sank the engine down and way back ! They handled ok. But all that weight hanging out the front is going to be shitty . Shame ! Its going to look and sound good thow ! I love mk 1's. I only had the essex 3.0 but it would waste that around a town track because it handled sweet. I took the gearbox out through the passenger door ! It didn't sound nice like this one mate ! It did show the SAAS Muscle car series on the paper for small gauge,
thinking big gauges be same make, just confirming etc

hey kelvin i got a 92 motor that im tryna put ina 95 ls400 i cant use the same ecu so im using the 92 ecu but the power connector doesnt fit i cut it and im gonna solder the connector from the 92 ecu i was wondering what cables i needed and which ones i dont
Why cant you use the 95 ecu and loom?
@@CartuneNZ it has the higher compression but i deleted the abs and traction control all i wanna wire up is the ac power and ignition switch do you think the ecu will trip out if i dont wire the rest
I only wire them correctly so don't bother checking if wiring less is ok. I do it once and do it right

Correct its gen 2 so interferance, and my spanner was a motivational tool to encourage combustion.
