An interesting build.
I myself take a different route with regards to the Las build, but to each their own.

Weapon Variant - Gathalamor Crusade (max ammo variant)
Perks:
First 3 on the bottom tier, up to Amplification.
Then go up to get Head Hunter and go straight on the upper tier until Perpetual Velocity.
Lastly, go down and grab Increased Capacity.
For Class Perks, we are very similar.
However I take Squad Renewal for the team perk, and Evasion for the signature perk.

As opposed to just meta builds and singular builds only being viable.
