Space Marines have two hearts, three lungs, night vision eyes, super livers for poison, super stomachs so they can literally eat rocks if they have to to gain nutrients, their ribs are fused together to create a giant solid slab of bone armor in front of these organs. It's amazing.
I was about to question what kind of nutrition an Astartes could get from rocks, then I realise that the chemical composition of the rocks maybe perfect for their ridiculous organs.
@@awalkingfire2176 they already don't have to eat much to survive, I imagine rocks might be a bit of an exaggeration. But, it could provide for some unique minerals on an alien world.

16:05 What is even more ironic is because the emperor has countless billions praying to him, their faith actually helps him and makes his psychic powers stronger in the warp. So faith is one of the few things helping him fight for so long over the last 10,000 years.
I normally don't enjoy watching people react to warhammer vids because they usually aren't interested but you sincere enthousiasm makes this super enjoyable!
@14:30 (Regarding the dune striders they keep running) They work off a "Perpetual Engine" which requires no fuel or power supply of any sort. The startup process was lost when the inventor died however. Though the productions lines created by him are still functional, the engines leave the line already running. To turn them off is the same thing as destroying them as far as the Ad-Mec are concerned.
The emperor is as much a prisoner of the religion as anyone else at this point. This is effectively his Frankenstein's monster that has been released far into the future.
Yeah, the biggest ongoing lesson in the Warhammer 40k universe seens to be "As it turns out good interpretation skills are a very underestimated part of *everything not eventualy going to shit"*
@@mzrl4269 Not very classy! You don't see me begging for watches and likes. At least have the decency to pretend to be interested in the topic at hand!
Can't remember what book it was but the Deathwatch is the Inquisitions special strike force. All Astartes there are the 'best of the best' in a sense and are chosen from their respective chapters. So they can come from various chapters, much like a multinational force.
Luke one of the cool things about the Imperium in the tabletop game is that it is possible to collect an army formed as a "coalition force" of all the different factions you saw in the video, so like what you said you honestly as an example could have some Space Wolves as your characters and elite units, Astra Militarium as your main body of the coalition and then have the Sisters of Battle providing everything else you need/want
Yeah, you'll have a lot of fun with the Horus Heresy books. Especially the first is really good! They can differ quite a bit in terms of overall writing quality because of all the different authors involved, but it's a great series nontheless. And there is like a bazillion books.
Hey man! Love your content, keep it up! You know, the wonderful thing about 40k is that *everything* is a potential rabbit hole, from more technical stuff to the more abstract. Here's a quick rundown of each of the 19 additional organs grown or implanted into an Astartes - keep in mind that since the transformation from an exceptional human being to an Astartes is a long process (that more often than not will kill the subject), the extra organs are not all implanted at once: -A secondary heart (it's a back-up that activates when the Astartes is under stress); -The Ossmedula, which expands and regulates skeletal growth and eventually fuses the ribcage; -The Biscopea, an organ which enhances and controls muscle growth; After these three are functional, the subject's diet and training are expanded and they are considered ready for the following: -The Haemastamen, giving the blood the capability to carry extra oxygen (coincidentally making it extra red, how useful for cinematic purposes); -The Larraman's Organ, fundamentally improving the function of platelets so that wounds scab superhumanly fast; -The Catalepsean Node, which messes with your cicadean cycle so that you can sleep on only 4 hours per day or even a couple of hours per week if necessary (also conveniently making Astartes more vulnerable to brain-washing); -The Preomnor, which not only stores but also decontaminates food before it's passed into the stomach; -The Omophagea, which allows the direct extraction of information and knowledge by consuming brain tissue... But leaves the consumer in a vulnerable, even nauseous state; -An extra lung fitted with extra filters and genetically enhanced so that the space marine can function easier under low-oxygen conditions (like underwater); - The Occulobe, enhancing the eyeballs in almost every way such as depth perception, long- and short-range focusing, and changing light conditions; -The Lyman's Ear grants superhuman hearing capabilities, simultaneously increasing balance and making the space marine pretty much impervious to motion sickness; -The Sus-an Membrane allows the Astartes to enter a state of suspended animation if they are about to die, so they can be recovered later; -The Melanchrome, a lymph node implant which regulates the skin by producing an enhanced form of melanin in response to radiation; -The Oolitic Kidney, basically a super-detoxifier that makes the subject pretty much impervious to most *regular* poisons - including, unfortunately, alcohol; - The Neuroglottis implants into the nose and grants bloodhound-levels of smell- and taste-perception; -The Mucranoid secrets a form of "super-sweat", covering the Astartes from heat and cold and even the vacuum of space; -The Betcher's Gland is a weird one, making saliva quite acidic so that the space marine can consume pretty much any food - or spit is a corrosive substance; -The Progenoids, a set of two key organs implanted into the neck and chest, that allow for the harvesting of gene-seed (the Primarch's DNA) and organs under specific conditions; -And finally, the Black Carapace, a complete subdermal coating implant that allows for direct nervous interfacing with the space marine armor, while also providing flak-jacket levels of protection; There's also the Canis Helix, which, while not technically considered an organ, but rather part of Leman Russ's (Primarch of the Space Wolves) gene-seed, which is basically a super soup of all kinds of chemicals and genetic hullaballoo that is absolutely necessary in order for the Space Wolves to even survive their Primarch's gift. Recently, the Primaris Project, an ultra-secret program to "update" the Space Marine genetic standard, has been unleashed. These Primaris marines are bigger, tougher, and *much* less subject to mutations (such as the Space Wolves' chance of devolving into what are basically werewolves), which, depending on your view, can be either a good or a bad thing - after all, chapters with genetic flaws almost always exceded their more stable counterparts simply because they had much more personal challenges to overcome. Also their gene-seeds are actually more of a cocktail of every available gene-seed packed into one powerful punch, allowing for greater transformation rates... But, in most cases, eliminating genetic specialization diversity. While this means Astartes inductions will now create Primaris marines, it also allows for older marines to "cross the Primaris rubicon", potentially gaining the benefits of the Primaris modifications at the risk of losing their own lives. In any case, these Primaris marines are outfitted with three extra genetic enhancements: -The Sinew Coils, coil-cables made of supermetals, modifying muscle strands and makeup to an unprecedented level; -The Magnificat, which boosts and regulates hormones in order to fundamentally increase the efficiency and abilities of every other organ; -And the Belisarian Furnace, an organ that is activated when near-death, gifting a grand boost of chemicals such as enchanced adrenaline and regenerative functions - also necessary for the Primaris transformation from "standard" marines, as the process requires the subject experience temporary death.
Also, a quick run-down of each Legions' quirks! -The Dark Angels have a wide-range of specialization squads, they operate on an old-school arthurian knight motif, and suuuuuuper secretive and paranoid on account of a high number of them having turned traitor during the Horus Heresy (a fact which they mostly keep to themselves for obvious reasons); -The White Scars are all about hit-and-run, they engage in ritual scarring, but actually place a very high emphasis on culture and arts, and are also one of the *very* few chapters known for their sense of (admitedly sardonic) humour; -The Space Wolves are quite small in number, on account of most of them failing to turn into marines and instead transforming into giant wolves, and they also have a distaste for all psykers - their Librarians (or chapter Psykers) engage in a native form of animal-spirit worship, which they justify as being, like, totally different and stuff; -The Imperial Fists are the known for their exceptional fortitude both physical and mental... Which translates into engaging in challenges of pain endurance, and stoically guarding Imperial power - and also being universally known for their lack of humour; -The Blood Angels... Oh boy. While they suffer from a literal thirst for blood that can drive them into a frenzy in battle, the real issue is that eventually, every marine will succumb to the Black Rage, making them hallucinate and turning them fully berserk and incredibly powerful, but also completely uncontrollable; -The Iron Hands are known for completely disregarding their Primarch's ideals, as a traumatic reaction to the Horus Heresy, turning them into hardcore technophiles almost on par with the Adeptus Mechanicus with a fanatic devotion to a mechanical twist on "survival of the fittest". Also make for great technicians; -The Ultramarines are often referred to as 'romans in space'. They are kind of the poster boys for 40k, which in turn means they often appear overpowered. Other than that, they're extremely organized and versatile, serving as a true "jack of all trades" chapter; -The Salamanders are borderline pyrophiliacs. They are on a quest to recover their Primarch Vulkan's extremely powerful relics, and beyond being known for their sense of humility, they're also considered some of the finest artisans and craftsmen. One of the few chapters in which marines will often remain in contact with their natural families; -The Raven Guard are known for their eternal row of bad luck, developing a mindset that will make some call them the angsty teenage emos of 40k. But in reality, they're some of the most efficient soldiers, relying on covert operations and rapid assault on account of thir gene-seed being *extremely* damaged which makes their numbers always very slim. But the real beauty is that each chapter can only count 1000 members because of historical reasons. There's over a hundred chapters out there, some of them quite generic, others hyper-specialized in particular forms of warfare or war doctrines, and others standing out due to particular mutations or chapter cultures. The fun part is that you can always use official charts to make your own, creating 'your dudes' with their own specialty and colour scheme! (Also the Deathguard are a personal favourite of mine - instead of hailing from a dedicated gene-seed, they're basically made up of individual Astartes, independent of chapter, who have stood out for their experience in fighting particular xenos races)
that series lost me around part 15 to 20. until then it was fun and you need a good deal of lore to even get most of the jokes. after that it started to get into its own plotline full of absurdity and satire. not my taste to be honest. i can like good natured satire like spaceballs. where fun is made of iconic parts of the source without insulting the source. But others, like the later scary movies for example trample on and insulting the source to get the laugh. and i cant laugh about that. and thats what TTS started to become, so i noped out.
@@ricwalker6600 I don't really see that, I absolutely hate the scary movie series (anything that bashes the original source annoys the hell out of me). But I love the tts series, it work's within the confines of canon (ish), hell it's even following canon into 8 edition, most of the things they add are things that are left blank in the canon (only rogal dorn hand being found and things like that) and naturally expanding from what those events would cause. Hell I'd say the earlier episodes were more about bashing than the later episodes since they were all about the inconsistency of canon 40k (the too perfect ultra-marines, the inquisition ect without adding anything too them). I've never seen it really go full into bashing the original source (a few went close but even then it worked within the narrative), hell even the episodes you mentioned works with canon rather than against it: ep-15 is shown to be mostly biased from the custodes (hell the emperor even called it out) from an unseen past (which was expanded upon in a later short), ep 16-17 focuses on the past and work within what we know from canon, ep 18 I'll skip for spoiler reasons since it has importance later on in the show, ep- 19 starts with the common heresy meme for laughs, but then discusses the nature of chaos and how the arguing pairs different ideology's would shape how they see chaos, ep-20 is probably the closest to a bash episode in the entire series, but it works with later episodes (for example the episode after this makes it seem like calgar did something that is causing the ultra marines insane luck) mostly pointing out the perfect ultra marines (for I think the 2nd to last time, after the next episode they barely mention them) but also mentioning the salamanders habit of fire and cult like practises (let's face facts the emperor would have a problem with that), and finally bringing the dark angels obsession with secrecy and drive to find the fallen. The thing is the episodes you mentioned are when people not from the 40k fandom started to find it (I know for a fact a lot of people started to get into 40k because of this series) and these episodes work as a introduction to these factions, that they will expand upon later in the series. for example the ultra marines got hints of an in universe explanation for their perfection from calgar in ep-21 and from events later in the series they are more than likely to have a big part in the next episode to come (or more likely the one after that).
If you want to see more of bricky talk about 40k he has a podcast called adeptus ridiculous (you can find it here on UA-cam if you just search it up) where he explains the lore to his friend DK with each episode around an hour long but he goes into more detail than he does here
Once you're done with this series I'd recommend watching "If the emperor had a text to speech device", which expands on the lore by making a parody out of the what if scenario in its name
Bricky, one thing to note about the Horus Heresy stories is that they aren’t exactly a series that goes volume 1 volume 2 volume 3, they all kinda take place at different times and locations based upon who the author wanted to write about. So there are some books that take place before the heresy happened and others during it.
There's a youtube channel called "Aborderprince" who reads a lot of warhammer stories. He reads a book of sort stories called "let the galaxy burn" and as someone who's only been into warhammer lore but can't read for very long it's just amazing.
After you watch these videos I recommend you look at if the emperor had a text to speech device it will explain more law and puts it in a funny comedic way I highly recommend
"The 2011 Honda Civic" The mechanicum does feel like that, doesn't it? Average, tries to look all cool and edgy but totally misses the mark, and you have to pray for it to work. lol
It's worth mentioning that, amid all the praying and chanting and incense, Techpriest rituals to appease the machine spirit also include actions like 'oiling moving parts', 'replacing worn-out/damaged parts with fresh ones', 'splicing and soldering wiring' and 'coding, upgrading, and programming software.' It really isn't the praying that's making the stuff work.
My personal book recommendation that gives a very good insight into the Mechanicus is the "Lords of Mars" series. It's honestly amazing to read. It's a story of exploration told from three different perspectives of the explorers and the story only picks up the more you read it.
'What organs could they add?' Another heart, the Ossmodula and Biscopea to make those boys big and strong, secondary stomach, another liver and lung system and a crap ton of other things including tech and bio-tech augments. I think there is a series that goes over the common grounds of how Space Marines are made then breaks off how each are different and augmented by their specific Gene-Seed.
Not only is the faith in the Emporer the exact opposite of what he wanted, but the holy text "Lectitio Divinitatus" was written by the first of his Primarch sons to fall to Chaos, Lorgar. The irony is just so good.
Watching the slow induction of someone into the Warhammer universe.... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us...
Also, remember that Imperial forces work together often even on the tabletop game. Often the inquisition used the Sisters of Battle and Inquisitorial Stormtroopers and even whole Imperial Guard Regiments not to mention other specialists like Grey Knights (daemon hunters) Imperial Knights, Death Watch (xeno hunters) etc. The Imperium has so many different military forces (who even sometimes fight each other)
Book recommendation for ya, you said in the first part you loved the idea of the Imperial Guard, the Caiphas Cain books follows a Commissar in the Guard and is a really good starting point for lore
one of the main themes throughout the Horus Heresy, and especially the Siege of Terra, is the slow and unwanted deification of the Emperor. So it definitely isn't a point that gets glossed over and which suddenly sprouts out of nowhere.
YEESSS, been waiting for this lol. Im sure there is alot for me to learn about some of the factions, but I want to wait for your reactions to watch it haha.
Space marines have indeed extra organs like a third lung, a second heart, better eyes to see with, better hearing and their blood has a sort of bio nano technology that heals even severe wounds! And the Raven Guard have a few books and they also come up in the Horus Heresy books^^ Hope you get the books soon and let's chat about that my bro in arms ^^
Dealing with the Warp has always been a matter of sheer willpower. I'm a bit out of date so I don't know if it's still a thing or not, but "Deny the Witch" was a test that any character within certain range of a Psycher casting a psychic attack could take, in attempt to negate that psychic attack.
To answer your question about extra organs: there are several. An extra heart and lung, organs that deal with poison, let them eat anything, spit acid, faster reactions, link to their armor ect.

I could certainly recommend Arch and his Siege of Vraks series with the Death Korps of Krieg. A brilliant watch/listen and good laugh at that.
God, Siege of Vraks is so cool. Its just so ridiculously long. Good for painting to, though.
There's also a fan animated series in the works about the Siege of Vraks, the channel is called "Vraks" and they recently dropped a teaser for it

Glad you're just enjoying the lore alone bro!
It's a great hobby to just read, let alone collect, paint and play.
Deliverance Lost is about Raven Guard set in the Horus Heresy, but I recommend reading the first five Horus heresy books before moving on to any of the other books
Yeah he probably wants at least the basics of the beginning of the war first... Probably help if he read that one about the Alpha legion too... Was that one called "Legion" or "I am Legion" or something? It's been a while, I forgot what the title was...
16:05 What is even more ironic is because the emperor has countless billions praying to him, their faith actually helps him and makes his psychic powers stronger in the warp. So faith is one of the few things helping him fight for so long over the last 10,000 years.
9 mins...
UA-cam finally notified me in time of the videos I want to watch.
I normally don't enjoy watching people react to warhammer vids because they usually aren't interested but you sincere enthousiasm makes this super enjoyable!
I love this reaction series. Imagine you started playing warhammer that would be the dream

Old school 40k lore fan here. Your enthusiasm is so addictive, please don't stop this series!
So glad you are continuing with this. I wanna try to get into warhammer 40k as well so its good to see you reacting to this as well
The machine god allows UA-cam to work so I can watch your content, big ups
Hey man! Love your content, keep it up!
You know, the wonderful thing about 40k is that *everything* is a potential rabbit hole, from more technical stuff to the more abstract.
Here's a quick rundown of each of the 19 additional organs grown or implanted into an Astartes - keep in mind that since the transformation from an exceptional human being to an Astartes is a long process (that more often than not will kill the subject), the extra organs are not all implanted at once:
-A secondary heart (it's a back-up that activates when the Astartes is under stress);
-The Ossmedula, which expands and regulates skeletal growth and eventually fuses the ribcage;
-The Biscopea, an organ which enhances and controls muscle growth;
After these three are functional, the subject's diet and training are expanded and they are considered ready for the following:
-The Haemastamen, giving the blood the capability to carry extra oxygen (coincidentally making it extra red, how useful for cinematic purposes);
-The Larraman's Organ, fundamentally improving the function of platelets so that wounds scab superhumanly fast;
-The Catalepsean Node, which messes with your cicadean cycle so that you can sleep on only 4 hours per day or even a couple of hours per week if necessary (also conveniently making Astartes more vulnerable to brain-washing);
-The Preomnor, which not only stores but also decontaminates food before it's passed into the stomach;
-The Omophagea, which allows the direct extraction of information and knowledge by consuming brain tissue... But leaves the consumer in a vulnerable, even nauseous state;
-An extra lung fitted with extra filters and genetically enhanced so that the space marine can function easier under low-oxygen conditions (like underwater);
- The Occulobe, enhancing the eyeballs in almost every way such as depth perception, long- and short-range focusing, and changing light conditions;
-The Lyman's Ear grants superhuman hearing capabilities, simultaneously increasing balance and making the space marine pretty much impervious to motion sickness;
-The Sus-an Membrane allows the Astartes to enter a state of suspended animation if they are about to die, so they can be recovered later;
-The Melanchrome, a lymph node implant which regulates the skin by producing an enhanced form of melanin in response to radiation;
-The Oolitic Kidney, basically a super-detoxifier that makes the subject pretty much impervious to most *regular* poisons - including, unfortunately, alcohol;
- The Neuroglottis implants into the nose and grants bloodhound-levels of smell- and taste-perception;
-The Mucranoid secrets a form of "super-sweat", covering the Astartes from heat and cold and even the vacuum of space;
-The Betcher's Gland is a weird one, making saliva quite acidic so that the space marine can consume pretty much any food - or spit is a corrosive substance;
-The Progenoids, a set of two key organs implanted into the neck and chest, that allow for the harvesting of gene-seed (the Primarch's DNA) and organs under specific conditions;
-And finally, the Black Carapace, a complete subdermal coating implant that allows for direct nervous interfacing with the space marine armor, while also providing flak-jacket levels of protection;
There's also the Canis Helix, which, while not technically considered an organ, but rather part of Leman Russ's (Primarch of the Space Wolves) gene-seed, which is basically a super soup of all kinds of chemicals and genetic hullaballoo that is absolutely necessary in order for the Space Wolves to even survive their Primarch's gift.
In any case, these Primaris marines are outfitted with three extra genetic enhancements:
-The Sinew Coils, coil-cables made of supermetals, modifying muscle strands and makeup to an unprecedented level;
-The Magnificat, which boosts and regulates hormones in order to fundamentally increase the efficiency and abilities of every other organ;
-And the Belisarian Furnace, an organ that is activated when near-death, gifting a grand boost of chemicals such as enchanced adrenaline and regenerative functions - also necessary for the Primaris transformation from "standard" marines, as the process requires the subject experience temporary death.
Also, a quick run-down of each Legions' quirks!
-The Dark Angels have a wide-range of specialization squads, they operate on an old-school arthurian knight motif, and suuuuuuper secretive and paranoid on account of a high number of them having turned traitor during the Horus Heresy (a fact which they mostly keep to themselves for obvious reasons);
-The White Scars are all about hit-and-run, they engage in ritual scarring, but actually place a very high emphasis on culture and arts, and are also one of the *very* few chapters known for their sense of (admitedly sardonic) humour;
-The Space Wolves are quite small in number, on account of most of them failing to turn into marines and instead transforming into giant wolves, and they also have a distaste for all psykers - their Librarians (or chapter Psykers) engage in a native form of animal-spirit worship, which they justify as being, like, totally different and stuff;
-The Imperial Fists are the known for their exceptional fortitude both physical and mental... Which translates into engaging in challenges of pain endurance, and stoically guarding Imperial power - and also being universally known for their lack of humour;
-The Blood Angels... Oh boy. While they suffer from a literal thirst for blood that can drive them into a frenzy in battle, the real issue is that eventually, every marine will succumb to the Black Rage, making them hallucinate and turning them fully berserk and incredibly powerful, but also completely uncontrollable;
-The Iron Hands are known for completely disregarding their Primarch's ideals, as a traumatic reaction to the Horus Heresy, turning them into hardcore technophiles almost on par with the Adeptus Mechanicus with a fanatic devotion to a mechanical twist on "survival of the fittest". Also make for great technicians;
-The Ultramarines are often referred to as 'romans in space'. They are kind of the poster boys for 40k, which in turn means they often appear overpowered. Other than that, they're extremely organized and versatile, serving as a true "jack of all trades" chapter;
-The Salamanders are borderline pyrophiliacs. They are on a quest to recover their Primarch Vulkan's extremely powerful relics, and beyond being known for their sense of humility, they're also considered some of the finest artisans and craftsmen. One of the few chapters in which marines will often remain in contact with their natural families;
-The Raven Guard are known for their eternal row of bad luck, developing a mindset that will make some call them the angsty teenage emos of 40k.
(Also the Deathguard are a personal favourite of mine - instead of hailing from a dedicated gene-seed, they're basically made up of individual Astartes, independent of chapter, who have stood out for their experience in fighting particular xenos races)
you should react to "If the emperor had text to speech device" series. It's warhammer 40k comedy
that series lost me around part 15 to 20. until then it was fun and you need a good deal of lore to even get most of the jokes. after that it started to get into its own plotline full of absurdity and satire. not my taste to be honest. i can like good natured satire like spaceballs. where fun is made of iconic parts of the source without insulting the source.

Bricky, one thing to note about the Horus Heresy stories is that they aren’t exactly a series that goes volume 1 volume 2 volume 3, they all kinda take place at different times and locations based upon who the author wanted to write about. So there are some books that take place before the heresy happened and others during it.

Most Spacemarines also don't believe in Emperor as God, with certain exceptions.

The mechanicum does feel like that, doesn't it?
Average, tries to look all cool and edgy but totally misses the mark, and you have to pray for it to work. lol
For anyone interested in 40k, this is a must se movie: Ultramaries. The DVD is no longer available but it is on UA-cam.
Your reaction to this video got me into the lore of warhammer, ur a hero
It's worth mentioning that, amid all the praying and chanting and incense, Techpriest rituals to appease the machine spirit also include actions like 'oiling moving parts', 'replacing worn-out/damaged parts with fresh ones', 'splicing and soldering wiring' and 'coding, upgrading, and programming software.'
It really isn't the praying that's making the stuff work.
My personal book recommendation that gives a very good insight into the Mechanicus is the "Lords of Mars" series. It's honestly amazing to read. It's a story of exploration told from three different perspectives of the explorers and the story only picks up the more you read it.
I‘ve read „Brothers of the Snake“ from Dan Abnett. Was really enjoyable . Loved the lore behind the Iron Snakes
'What organs could they add?'
Another heart, the Ossmodula and Biscopea to make those boys big and strong, secondary stomach, another liver and lung system and a crap ton of other things including tech and bio-tech augments.
These are quite possibly my favourite videos to ever be made
Watching the slow induction of someone into the Warhammer universe....
One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us... One of us...
Keep up the good work, dude. Enjoying the videos.
Im sure there is alot for me to learn about some of the factions, but I want to wait for your reactions to watch it haha.
yesss. been waiting for this man! exciting. Hope you're doing good!
I have waited for this!! Keep em comin!
Space marines have indeed extra organs like a third lung, a second heart, better eyes to see with, better hearing and their blood has a sort of bio nano technology that heals even severe wounds!
And the Raven Guard have a few books and they also come up in the Horus Heresy books^^
Hope you get the books soon and let's chat about that my bro in arms ^^
Dealing with the Warp has always been a matter of sheer willpower. I'm a bit out of date so I don't know if it's still a thing or not, but "Deny the Witch" was a test that any character within certain range of a Psycher casting a psychic attack could take, in attempt to negate that psychic attack.
To answer your question about extra organs: there are several. An extra heart and lung, organs that deal with poison, let them eat anything, spit acid, faster reactions, link to their armor ect.
If you want to learn more about specific Space Marine legions, I highly recommend Oculus Imperia. He puts so much passion into every video he makes it’s like he’s reading an epic adventure story.
