Perhaps he has access to Dr.Lang's account or he is singing sea shanties disguised as an old fisherman at the Blue Whale's rival bar, the Squid Shack and no one knows of his secret life but he is raking in the bucks with that voice.
Perhaps he's continuing his night work of grave robbing that he started while working for Dr. Lang. He found a fresh grave of a young man about his size who was buried in a sharp 3 piece suit, and an old grave of a woman buried with her diamond ring. He did say the ring is old fashioned.🪦⚰💍
14:00 is a classic line. "The Queen is dead, long live the King!" First time I watched this, I clearly remember thinking that phrase 3 seconds before Stokes said it 😅
I have said before but the image of Nicholas standing over a coffin talking to "Angelique" was my intro to Dark Shadows. Astredo got me hooked ! "Sleep peacefully. For unlike you, my plans will become real."
Around this episode i first started watching DS also, i watched it up to around the episode of the e ching, then i lost interest and stoped watching it.
Burke's plane crashed in Brazil while he was on a business trip (episode 345) about a year before the current episodes. Despite Vicki clinging to hope that he had survived, the wreckage was eventually located with no survivors, and the bodies were burned beyond recognition (episode 364). For some time after hearing the news, Vicky continued to hope that Burke was still alive and would return to her. It is psychologically healthy that Vicky finally accepted the truth about Burke's death, moved on with her life and fell in love again.
@luminiferous1960 I know what happened to Burke but she didn't spend anytime missing him is my point. He was her fiancee. I liked him better Jeff had to much baggage.
@@joanngreen7059 You haven't accounted for the fact that more time had elapsed for Vicky than for others in the modern era due to time stopping for them when Vicky journeyed back in time to 1795 for what seemed like several months to her.
@luminiferous1960 I remember, I just like Burke better than Jeff Clarke he had nothing to offer Vicki he didn't even know his past, and it gets more complicated as the story goes on. Let's keep watching I love Dark Shadows.
I'm calling this what it is. Adam r@ped Carolyn. This is one of the worst scenes in DS history. Right up there with what Bramwell did to Catherine. Why do soap operas do this with characters that they want us to sympathize with?
This is my most unfavorite storyline in the whole DS series💔 I've been skipping through all these episodes cuz they're so awful. Going back to parallel time, they never disappoint. Appreciate your comment🖤🦇✌🏻
Adam needs to take a cold shower. Which begs the question: Is there a working shower (not to mention a working toilet) in the West Wing for Adam to use? Or did Carolyn have to sneak Adam into the main part of the house to shower and when the big guy had to observe “nature’s call,” which was probably NOT an infrequent need of Adam’s?
Does Jeff have a job that I don't know about? Very nice diamond engagement ring to Vicki and a really sharp 3 piece suit he is wearing LOL.

"Plot contrivance" is a good gig if you can find the work 😂
@@jonhinson5701 now that made me LOL 👍🤣🤣

Vicki really left Burke in the dust for Jeff Clarke 😂
I wish the original Burke could have come back and been all "What the? Seriously?"

"Miss Stoddard, are you much given to melodrama?" META!
It's my dream house 😮
Enjoy the show 🎉😊
I hate to be in Carolyn position with a man double her size
That was a very upsetting scene :(
Babe Barrett.
"Adam good enough. Adam smart enough. And doggonit, people like Adam."
😆Lol

The writers obviously know nothing about actual sexual assault.
