Are you consuming the cherry tart juice for the reduction in post-exercise muscle soreness and inflammation benefits? You would need to be sippin' on a lot of it if you want to reach the anthocyanin efficacious doses. I've been thinking of poppin' either Astaxanthin or Cherry Tart Extract, but haven't got to it. Ginger has also shown reductions in muscle soreness scores, earlier recovery of muscle strength, and decreased levels of inflammatory proteins at the 1.5 - 2g range. But haven't looked at the research closely.

200 calories for a bulk is rly too minimal. If u ever miscount bro its even less. Basically u have a 1400 surplus per week. This ads up to 5600 calories in 4 weeks which isnt even a kilogramm. Im not saying u gotta gain a kilogramm per week but its hard to be accurate with 200 calories. U could walk ab bit more that day or whatever and not even be in a surplus. Definetly do atleast 300. 200 is random

Yeah d so I a few major critiques ummm calorie counting is the easiest way of tracking where you’re at, odd how you only eat non sustainable meals it’s all bland as hell, also you don’t meal prep either? If you did then you wouldn’t have to keep track of the amount you’re eating, also another massive problem is your protien intake at 119g versus your 385g of carbs you’re at a 50-55% carb diet and with a 35% protien intake which to begin with isn’t sufficient lmao. If you were optimizing your diet your minimum of your protien a should be set to .8g per pound of body weight and considering you’re between 160-180 pounds 128-144g for the minimal effect on optimal muscle growth. Aloe again your aesthetic physique goal isn’t very aesthetic your buddy Leon has a good physique but it’s not very aesthetic tho, his legs and arms have disproportionate tone to them, he’s got a good core yet the pecs and back aren’t very toned either modern body building has been based off of the virtruvian man from Greek/roman times also hence why the chest back and arms ar proportionally toned to the legs. Ummm quit talking shit
