MÌ GÀ - Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup

Super simple Vietnamese chicken noodle soup!
Ingredients:
2 cornish hen
2 daikons
1 sweet onion
egg noodle
green onions
cilantro
salt
rock sugar
mushroom seasoning
fried shallots
black pepper
