fantastic recipe. gonna try it this week and report back. What I like about it is no need to use tortilla press or rolling pin or parchment paper or a big ol heavy expensive silver looking gizmo to mix the ingredients
These are very tasty. Hubby luv'd them (me, too). Would make more often but quinoa is only imported to USA & is quite expensive. A real treat! It doesn't make enough for the time it takes to stand over the stove. I s'pose one could get a big griddle going. I tried another similar recipe using red lentils but they weren't as tasty. May be because they were baked. I may try to pan cook the red lentil recipe nxt time, & see if they're tastier. Red lentils are cheap here, depending on where they're purchased. Thx so much for helping us be more creative with our food choices ❤

I have tried the red lentil wraps. They are good if you add some spices also and they take longer to cook than I thought. I can’t remember how long off hand.
Quinoa contains high levels of saponins; therefore, soaking it for a few hours before cooking can remove the bitter-tasting saponins. The water from soaked quinoa may have an unpleasant taste because of these saponins. It's best if we don't retain the water.
Plastic zip bags is best for storing. Up to 2 days at room temperature, up to 5 days in the fridge or you can store them in the freezer. I usually reheat my flatbread in a pan on low to medium heat

No they are not the bread those are chappatis kind of thing . For that u can buy Quinoa flour
It’s not gonna be the same with quinoa flour because of its bitterness. If you want to use quinoa flour you should mix it with all purpose flour.
