Are you saying you had zero brakes or that the ABS / brake light was illuminated on the dash?

My 2003 Ford Ranger has all those symptoms (brakes/turn signals/hazards not working), I'm about to replace the flasher relay, please wish me luck.
Also every single fuse is working properly and is the correct amp rating.
