I had a feeling the xenoblade and persona community were the same people

Seems that way lol. I've been trying to get around to multiple different rpgs after Xenoblade and persona was just first on my list. Probably going to finish up Persona, then move to SMT, then Nier or Final Fantasy.

@@xanonblade Truth be told I was surprised how similar the Xeno series as a whole was to Persona myself

The 14K damage against that one enemy from one hit of Hassou Tobi was probably due to said enemy being weak to physical.

The dude doesn’t need Drain Bless, one of his affinities is Repel Bless. He should take:
    Hassou Tobi
    Arms Master
    Apt Pupil
    Drain Fire
    Drain Nuke
    Drain Ice
    Drain Wind
    Drain Curse
Alternatively, you could swap out Apt Pupil for Drain Psy, but Apt Pupil helps against Lavenza’s crit phase
Also you notice I don’t have Charge on him, because my Joker has Ring of Pride.
    Potential Spoilers:
    Joker: Hassou Tobi
Lavenza: What? What? What? What? What? What?

Happy to see you're enjoying persona 5 royal as for the will of the sword vs undying fury math will of the sword is a 20% boost to undying fury's 30% boost also You don't need Repel Physical or Drain Bless because Yoshitsune is naturally immune to Physical attacks and reflects Bless attacks so as long as the persona at least nullifies an affinity that's all you need so I suggest replacing Drain Bless with null Curse because while you don't have to worry about Hama skills (Bless insta-kill skills) you are vulnerable to Mudo skills (Curse insta-kill skills) so with at least null Curse and Yoshitsune naturally reflecting Bless attacks you don't have to worry about getting wiped out by a random insta- kill skill Bless and Curse are the only ones with insta-kill skills in case you didn't know
Next replace Endure with Enduring Soul as Enduring Soul will not only allow you to survive an otherwise fatal attack but it will also fully restore your HP once per battle next Replace Fast Heal with Insta-Heal since it will heal ailments immediately on your next turn. That skill along with Enduring Soul has saved me plenty of times against Yaldabaoth and other fights as well. That leaves Repel Physical, I honestly don't have any real suggestions except Megidolaon since if you run into enemies immune to Physical Attacks you don't have to switch off of Yoshitsune and run the risk of getting knocked down, taking heavy damage or worst of all getting wiped out. You also won't be completely helpless against enemies that at least nullify Physical and Gun attacks and can't switch personas.
Finally here's a fun fact, Akhos from Xenoblade 2's Japanese name is Yoshitsune

Yeah drain Bless was never part of the build, it was just left over from fusing him. Null curse sounds like a good idea though. I also didn't know that he's naturally immune to phys attacks, I guess probably because I already had repel phys on him (though it makes sense that he reflects his main attack type). Thanks for the tips!

@@xanonblade Yeah I know how that is so many skill choices so little time also happy to help I noticed you had Joker's Ultimate Persona as a possible fusion did you get the true ending or the good ending?

@@infernape2010 My first playthrough, I completed the third semester but didn't have akechi maxed. This was recorded in NG+, I have all the confidants maxed out now and I'm in the depths of mementos. I'm not really aware of what the community considers the true ending but that probably answers the question? I think there's something unlocked for maxing out akechi for the third semester so that would be the true ending, right?

@@xanonblade Other than an extra scene after the credits, no. the true ending is achieved simply by completing the 3rd semester by beating the boss of the 9th and final palace
