Teen milestones! I'm an actor, also worked as an assistant casting director. Seriously, with Katie's personality and look if she ever decided to pursue acting it wouldn't take her long to start getting call backs and parts. You know, once we get over this whole COVID 19 thingy.
@Mel P Of course that's part of it. In casting the head shots match the character description in a screen play. (And there are thousands of attractive teenage blondes out there.) That gets the audition. But if an actor walks into that first audition, and shines about as bright as a piece of coal, then the look doesn't matter. 'Thank you, we will be in touch. NEXT!'
In other words Katie's strongest assets are her personality, wit, and charm. If I have a crappy day she never fails to crack me up in the family vlogs. Especially when she and Mike get going together. How bright they shine in the first audition, gets the call back. From there it goes to acting ability and chemistry with other actors. 😊

I have a senior prom too at my school! Finally a moment to try a cool colourful dress (which isn't black as usual with christmas gala)! But guess what.... It got canceled😅🎉 Everything fun in senior year what I've been looking out for since I was 12 got canceled, even our final exams (which is 50% of our ending grade) got canceled...
