    I've been watching the Shea butter from nut to usable butter this week, I've watched Shea butter being hand processed in different area of the same country and other countries and all but one was completely handmade, one of the ones I watched was the baraka Shea and another was a lady who had collected 4 containers from 1 country all hand made just different areas and the colours and smell and texture were all different but the chemical makeup was exactly the same when tested with the litmus type test. Its all very interesting and wonderful to see how hard these women work everyday.

    i'm not sure if she mentioned this in her video, but, make sure you keep your hand clean and non greasy while filling your cardboard tubes. They can become greasy very easily (and you cant wipe it off!!) so make sure you have a cloth near by to wipe your hands every so often.

    • @ArianeArsenault
      @ArianeArsenault  4 роки тому +1

      Alisha Simms as far as the containers holding up, I have been testing them since last July and am using my own products made in them. They haven’t deteriorated and the only thing is the cardboard can get oily from your hands. Which doesn’t alter the durability of the jar, but it will show some staining. Which to me, isn’t a big deal. As for cream and emulsions, they don’t seem to work that good as the cream can dry out as this container isn’t 100% hermetic. They are best for anhydrous products.
