Phenomenal bait, Nate. Out of all the baits you have made within the decade, this one has to be one of my favorites. You cannot go to the store and buy the type of action that lure performs.
I heard his kids were really cgi, he's actually a hermit living in a remote cabin with a starlink satellite and nobody to talk to.... Or maybe the rumor was he likes hermit cookies.. the ones with raisins in them, those are good
LOVE when I hear other people listening to Lost Dog Street Band. Not often do people know of them. I found them ages ago when I was in Gatlinburg on a day trip from my hometown.
I don't care what level of official that bait is. It's beutifully created, and that action, in the right conditions will tear it up. Probably my favorite bait you've made. It looked incredible even just out of the sealer with not paint. With paint. Masterpiece.
You inspired me to love baits more. Been collecting antique and new lures like crazy in the last year or so. Today I made a massive display for my "man shed" to hang up all the antique lures I have and will have. Always looking towards your next video. Thank you for the inspiration, truly.
this is one of my favorite baits that i've seen you make - reason being is that it has all of the aesthetic details AND a super smooth action but also the fact that it's not super huge i feel like i could actually fish this
I would love to just hangout with you while you make baits. It reminds me of my grandpa who was a sculptor before his hands became too shaky. So much fun to watch someone in their element.
That swims wayyy better than I thought!!! I thought you made a cupped popper mouth!!! I didn't think it would do chit!!! What you made pushes water & still swims awesome!!!
I've fallen behind on your videos, but now i have a ton to catch up on! I look forward to it immensely. Love the content, helped keep me sane over the past 2 years. You do wonderful jobs on those lures!
Bass are ferocious fellas. With that action and that size and shape, I think if you did a mullet paint job with some silver reflection it would mimic a big finger mullet well.
Lure idea! Make two lures the same. But one out of tupalo and one out of something with really nice grain and colour. Clear coat the nice grain wood but paint the other to look like the nice bit of timber, thus creating a painted nude.
Yes!! I didn't include this in my comment but YES that's what I want too. The natural wood grain "naked" clear coated wod be fantastic and of course another with his masterful paint job. Thanks for your comment!!
I just want to let you know you're fun as hell to watch, and you're a master artist. I've seen you do color matches that started crazy but we're perfect by the end. Keep being awesome, and I'll keep watching.
Sweet bait! Good recovery on the missing SD card, still made the best out of the situation. I can’t say I’d of been as calm in that moment 😆…On to the next bait!
9:19 Just a suggestion, but you might want to turn the exposure just a little bit down so we can see the details in the baits your making. Love your content!
Hi me again, my dad is friends with Keven too. He shocks our pond from time to time, don’t know the last time he shocked it but it was like 3 years ago. But we have 2 fish feeders both are the small pellet ones. And my dad is thinking about stocking our pond with some pellet trained bass which I think would be freaking awesome. And also my dad ice fishes Keven’s pond in the winter but has not fished it in open water yet as for I know. But ya you’re my favorite UA-camr there and you’re the best. Also maybe you me and my dad can fish it together maybe some time next summer if your fine with it. I’m 11 turning 12 here next month so ya. Your the best
I would love to see you try to make something with a few randomizers. Different bait types, species, pattern, size, paint colors, and materials to make it out of.
With this new camera it seems as the detail of your carving is more washed out when further away. Always appreciate the tips and tricks you share along the way.
Awesome bait!!!! And once again, the pain job is amazing! I hope I can get that good with an airbrush someday. Next time you run into that SD card issue, why don't you just take the card out of the big camera and drop it into the action camera? That's a big risk taking the big camera out on a kayak! I'm scared to even bring my big camera on the boat! I've already lost two phones on the delta trying to capture fishing footage!! Comes with the territory I guess...
I honestly feel like this is the most accurate and well done paint job you've done so far. Looks awesome dude!
Phenomenal bait, Nate. Out of all the baits you have made within the decade, this one has to be one of my favorites. You cannot go to the store and buy the type of action that lure performs.
Same
I like how he includes his interactions with the kids. It shows that he can manage being a father and influencer genuinely at once. Real respect.
I heard his kids were really cgi, he's actually a hermit living in a remote cabin with a starlink satellite and nobody to talk to.... Or maybe the rumor was he likes hermit cookies.. the ones with raisins in them, those are good
Nice action on that bait Nate

Congratulations on 600K! That's awesome, brother! Keep on castin'!
I really enjoyed this bait you just made. I do think it one of your top best you have done.

Amazing how the coating brings those colors to life ❤

I would love to just hangout with you while you make baits. It reminds me of my grandpa who was a sculptor before his hands became too shaky. So much fun to watch someone in their element.

Gorgeous lure for sure! Looks like a long, complicated process but it worked out... such a sweet action on it
Your carving was on point. The paint job was your best ever imo.
You should make a bowfin swim bait
Ohhhh I like this idea, or even like a clown knife fish 🐟
I second this
Gorgeous bait!
Beautiful video. Thank you for entertaining us and sharing your life experiences. On bad days, it helps
Reminds me of that top water popper bass you made a few years ago, still my favorite one to this day! Nice bait!

Another great lure. I wish I could find one of your baits for sale. I really think you're one of the best bait makers in the world.
1:47 The wild robot is my fav book love seeing other kids read it. I just finished the series.
That's one of the best actions I've ever seen on a glide bait.
Absolutely beautiful. You never fail to impress!!
Love me some glide baits

Can you say “GOAT”? Cause Nate the Bait is the Goat of bait making 🐐
Amazing build Marling! Really enjoy watching your'e video's
You should make a person freestyle, swimming, whopper popper
Could make a breaststroke top water frog while you’re at it! 😂
OMG YES! Call it the Fishael Phelps.
Wow! That might be your number one paint job this year. That is impressive, Nate.
I am so happy you bought a real kayak
Crazy good bait Nate! Perfect action and stunning paintjob, just spot on all the way🔥
Keep it up!
My week is complete great lure great shape and as per usual great everything
You should make a southern redbelly dace, or a candy darter fish, just to have a fun color painting session
So good!
There is no better sound, than hearing a hook-pop when it comes off the fish! Every I hear i smile :)

Man, I hope that someone produces that design so some of us schlubs can get it. Gorgeous!
Sweet bait! Good recovery on the missing SD card, still made the best out of the situation. I can’t say I’d of been as calm in that moment 😆…On to the next bait!
I love this, so hard! True beauty, you’re an artist!
Feels like a great pike bait 👌
That's a nice bait, man. I'm glad you didn't lose that one. That one muskie break-off you had with the crank bait physically hurt to watch.
been binge watching your old vids glad to see a new one :)))
They're called Goldislots. When the tailfin slot is not too deep, not too wide, it's just right.
9:19 Just a suggestion, but you might want to turn the exposure just a little bit down so we can see the details in the baits your making. Love your content!

Love it!
I would love to see you try to make something with a few randomizers. Different bait types, species, pattern, size, paint colors, and materials to make it out of.
That's a super sick bait bro.
That thing is a masterpiece, when you dragged it through the tank it was obvious. It looked mor real than the bass it caught!
I was doing homework watching your videos just waiting for a new video to show up and here it is so excited to watch it
No largemouth fun facts? I know we’re all fairly familiar with them but I do love a good Marling fun facts segment.
That’s so dope M. B E A U tiful build bro. 🤩🥳😎🤙💯🎣🐟🔥💪. The action is freaking awesome!!!😎🤙
With this new camera it seems as the detail of your carving is more washed out when further away. Always appreciate the tips and tricks you share along the way.
