    Set 3- 22,24,26,28,30
    look for good speed change. Intensity focus. Rhythm and ratio.

    Hi Eric, I’ve only taken up rowing since early March. 6:36 2k 17:35 5k 35:50 10k 1:18:50 21k. Are these good enough times for me? ( I know I can improve ) I’m 6’3. Drag factor is 6 but I’m trying to perfect the force curve. Can u do a video on it at any stage?? Cheers from Australia 👍🏼 love the vids by the way. I’ve followed you for some time over your career. (I’m 38 btw 😉)

      Cheers James, yeah only taken rowing up in March this year. Retired from football so this is low impact, should of started years ago 😊

    I have a question so it’s currently my off season(high school rower) and I want to build a good base for winter training should I even worry about building my anaerobic base or should I just focus on lifting, cardio and lots of steady state to build a aerobic base

But even though I have done it 8 or 9 times I set it up wrong today. 1 min rest takes this to a new dimension. Got it done. Wasn't pretty. Money in the bank old boy.
