Hi Eric, I’ve only taken up rowing since early March. 6:36 2k 17:35 5k 35:50 10k 1:18:50 21k. Are these good enough times for me? ( I know I can improve ) I’m 6’3. I have a question so it’s currently my off season(high school rower) and I want to build a good base for winter training should I even worry about building my anaerobic base or should I just focus on lifting, cardio and lots of steady state to build a aerobic base

Cheers James, yeah only taken rowing up in March this year. Retired from football so this is low impact, should of started years ago 😊
