    Thanks Eric, Finally I have found someone who is showing exactly how to do this, unlike some of the other internet coaches out there who have no idea.
    I have been rowing for fitness in the UK for 20 years or so, Ive just turned 50 and now taking up this sport seriously in age group competitive rowing, watching your videos has been fantastic for my times.
    Im hitting 6.40 on the 2k, 18 mins on the 5k.
    Enjoying your work that is very inspiring. Many thanks for sharing with us.

    I love these videos, its like gold dust. Tried the last video (3x15min 18/20/22) today and i'll be doing this one tomorrow...sounds a bit of sweaty one!

    Just did this one today. Do you keep track of your heart rate and watts also?
