  • just a random endurance practice at 208 bpms. Run is far from perfect but it was the first time I ever pulled of 2 mins straight

    Been looking for a practice routine. Saw your bass drum warm-up video and decided I would make that a part of my daily routine. Been following you and saw that you are continuing to make progress with your speed. I am telling me what your practice routine would like to get where you are now?

    Are you only swiveling with your left foot?🤔

      actually no, I´m slightly swiveling with my right foot and SLIDING with my left foot. I use doubles on left and singles on right, but on a LRLRLRLR pattern.
