I'd love more how-to/correct form videos -- maybe hip thrusts, and all the different dead lift variations (romanian deadlift, one leg deadlift, etc)

This is an amazing movement for gains not just booty but, your quads as well… my back squat took a huge jump in weight because of the Bulgarian split squat 👌

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Great video. Really great that you can demonstrate the form so well. at the 4:00 min mark, if you were to cover the screen so that the back leg on the bench is invisible, it still looks like a great 2-leg squat which is what I look for when coaching. Thanks for the video really well done!

Should we squeeze the glutes while doing this? Because when i do it i lose balance. Should we squeeze it on the top or bottom or throughout the whole exercise?
i do these with a 35 kettle bell on the side with which ever leg is back. i have horrible balance so i usually need to place a hand on something but yeah these hurt lol.
What leg are u supposed to fell it in ? When I do these I feel quads in both legs. Sometimes I’ll feel glutes in right leg ( the one that’s in front but when I switch legs I only feel quads and the left leg that’s in front I never feel glutes
This puts A LOT more emphasis on the QUADS not the glutes. If you go forward a lot then you can put a most on the glutes but this will strain your hip flexor.

Squeeze while declining and let up on the squeeze when elevating
For starters, this is a great quad exercise, not just the booty.
