the bridge allows you to have more range of motion, it is better for lifting heavy weights and uses more muscles in the glutes! hip bridge is more localized to the glute max specifically. Frog pumps target more the upper / side booty :)

Squats my toes always turn outward. Is this okay? Lunges they feel awkward when I try to do them at hip distance stance but feel normal when I have my feet close together to step back or forward. Is this okay?
Im a 15 year old girl and want to lose the muscles i gained in my obliques unintentionally. i wanted a thin waist but worked my obliques making me boxy what would u recommend that i do to make them go back to normal
You don't have to do anything to make them go back to normal, it's good to work all parts of your core, but for a smaller waist you need to work your transverse abs which is underneath that layer. Training your transverse muscles is what's going to tighten your core & shrink your waist, so lots of plank variations. Lots of youtubers do plank challenges so try those, i personally recommend Chloe Ting's videos for the plank challenges, and Emi Wong for general waist workouts as hers really targets the right muscles (its good to want to improve yourself how you want to but don't worry too much, you've got all your life to continue your fitness journey) 😊

(workouts) - 'Get FLAT BELLY in 3 WEEKS at home// 11 Line Abs Workout' by NITANG (3/4 times a day) - '15 min BURN THIGH FAT WORKOUT (NO JUMPING!) TO SLIM INNER THIGHS & LEGS' by emi wong (2 times a day) - '10 MIN LOWER ABS BURN | 28-Day Abs & Belly Challenge' by emi wong (2 times a day) - 3 hour walk (9000 steps approx)
Avoid doing workouts that target your obliques, and focus on one's targeting your transverse abs, once you start doing that you'll start to see your waist becoming smaller, maybe starting to see results in two weeks but everyone is different :)
