So I have a yfz450r I bought unfinished swap with a gsxr750 engine I got it wrapped up but I’m having issues with chain slip or jumping I don’t know. I used the engine mounts they made but asking about engine sprocket alignment with swing arm bolt. Mine is above about an inch or so but it’s dead center with rear sprocket my question is would that cause a problem ? Should I lower the engine to be center with swing arm bolt ? I would be loosing ground clearance but if it’s needs to be that way I guess there’s no way around it. Thank you I await your response.
Well I'd definitely say that the Hayabusa swapped raptor 700 absolutely needs a turbo on it even before its fully finished being swapped lol. You built it man, now you gotta be the one to send it lol
Helluva good job on that 4 into 1 manifold ! ! ! I know fabing something like that up can be frustrating and time consuming but well worth it when the finished product looks as good as yours. 👍👍
He is good at fabricating. I have been building turbo cars and making merge collectors is always a bit tricky. Especially 6 to 1 collectors and whole manifold is always a bit complicated but very rewarding to build.
I've watched Vasily's channel from almost day one. His fabrication skills have come on in leaps and bounds. Some of his welding work looks like something from a high end production shop. Well done Vasily and keep up the good work. By the way he's also a very humble young man. God bless.
Here's a tip, when loosening those axl nuts, put a jack stand under the axl end so you have more leverage and it won't tip over, also apply downforce don't try and pull - never works. Trust me we live at the coast and I deal with this on all my quads when doing maintenance. In my opinion a turbo is way overkill for this but I do get why you are doing this. You are a master welder at your age, it took me more than 30years to learn the craft and I am only a diy-er. Always enjoy your content man.
Apparently u can go online and put in the details of the cut u need to make for the pipe angles and other info and it’ll print u out a paper template that u wrap around the pipe then trace around it to get your cut line. Prob a small charge but make life easier for u
If I could find a weekend that I could schedule it I wouldn't mind making a trip to come out and seeing how it rides and try and help you get some content. I raced motocross when I was younger and I've rode raptors, I've been on a hybusa but never what you have built there so I think it would be a uniqueexperience. It also looks like you try to take the time to build things right as well.
I miss being in the same neighborhood as vasily and as a kid couldn’t wait till he had a new build to rip down the street. I remember this one day when I was playing Xbox and I was just waiting for the sound of the Chinese go kart turned sxs so I could peek out the blinds and see his beautiful build and to see what mods he had done to it. Then I would just wait for the yt vid to show up. I got to brag to all my friends that the best ytber lived in my neighborhood😂

I also run 2qty lone star chassis banshee drag bikes! So we can race them together
Cool build but I would not mud or even woods ride it with that filter there to suck in water and mud but I know you know this already but nevertheless awesome whip 👍
They call me Giant SackAjaWeah that's my indian name, lmao. I got hurt a about 9 yrs ago on a TCat sled the brakes failed on me as I crested a hill and had to stop. I ended up taking out a tree and going on hell ride 4.0...Since then I have had to dial back my crazy..10 yrs ago I would of piled on this and held her to the iron...I know your going to but I like to mention make sure the brakes are solid on that beast before someone tries it out..Amazing build bud I wish you and yours the best on all your endeavors.

I think it’s making more than 1300cc. Mine makes over 1000cc dyno tested on a built stock engine. Yea I dumped 15g into my stock engine but still technically a Yamaha engine 😂
Bro do yourself a favor and put a external wastegate on it... those damn stock gates on that turbo SUCK I had boost creep so bad on my gsxr1000 the stock gate went to 16psi when it was "supposedly" 10psi
