Your going to want to put a oil scavenge pump on the return line of that turbo, being that the drain goes to the Lowest part of the pan It will keep that hose full and will smoke the seals out of the turbo, SAE outlaw performance makes one specifically for turbo busa motors, and they’re not too pricey
I was pushing 120hp on my 09 Raptor with a mild cam, +3 TB, +2 valves and a 15psi D9 kit. Cracked the case, but just bought an aluminum block that we're gonna throw dual turbskies on. They're a blast.
Wow, Vasily, you've outdone yourself on this build!!! Good God, you have talent that sooner or later will be recognized and you WILL be rewarded BIGLY. And your choice of music in this episode, from start to finish, is fricken awesome, I might add. And, God bless you too!
@@VasilyBuildsHey what’s up. This is great content. I only see the euro guys making these kind of builds. How much would something like this cost? Or even just a motor swap itself?
Hey bud, just wanted to say awesome job. Looks like it's gonna be tons of fun. As a welder for over 20 years and a fabricator for longer than that, one thing you can do on those joints you welded that your worrying about them cracking, sleeve those joints with some heavy wall tubing, pipe, or even rounds stock, and it will be MOREEEEEEE than stout enough to hold up and you don't have to add extra gussetts or unneeded pipe. Especially in those hard to reach places. Just some food for thought.
Nice i built a sand racer once , took a xr650L and big bored it into a 400ex frame, light and powerfull, made my own extended swing arm out of DOM steel , used a 91 piston because over that is dieseling, I never tig welded before nice job, when you place a turbo its best to leave motor stock so it lasts, Il give you a trick, use auto motive oil the clutch will not slip when motor is warm
If it were me, I'd put a bump stop on the swing arm just for peace of mind to protect the gas tank from rupturing and mock up a skid plate for the bottom of the engine since it sits lower than the frame. As for the turbo, maybe a front bumper with a cage to keep debris from getting wedged inside as well as protection from accidental impacts. It's probably overkill, but the power and speed this death machine possesses, any extra safeguards can't hurt! LOL!! This build is epic! Love it!
I'm not so sure about using those drain plugs in aluminium. Could you bottom out and loctite studs in the holes for maximum thread contact? If you want to keep it looking good, use stainless dome head nuts (aka acorn nuts). You can buff them up to look like chrome. With the power that engine produces, there are going to be substantial shear force on those mounts, and I would definitely worry that the aluminium threads will eventually fail. I mean it's not like you are going to take it easy with that thing.😉
That quad is looking amazing! congratulations, just my opinion, but it's the best project of yours so far. I look forward to seeing you ripping that thing at WOT.
Few changes . Tie that front end down or get racing struts, and put a 240mph gear set on that thing so it won't be so aggressive with that boost and 1300 engine
Good God bro ... this this is radical af ... mad respect to the build bro .. peace and love, keep it rad, stay safe, and build on. .l8z bro and keep having fun
Nice work dude, that’s sick! You should invest in a tungsten sharpener if you haven’t already. It makes a WORLD of difference in your weld quality. Not saying yours is bad just trying to help a fellow fabricator out.
Should powdercoat those wheels or get black beadlocks with better tires & may want to upgrade the suspension for extra weight and power .... other than that it's a really cool build!
i aint never seen someone break a oil drain bolt lol if it breaks holding the engine in the frame is that worse than if the drain plug fell out the oil pan while ripping????
Hell yeah dude it's these type of builds that set you apart from other channels for sure! Definitely one of my favorite build channels!!
Hell of a build, i think its pretty dangerous too xDD
This is hands down the baddest quad I have ever seen.

Hell yeah! Love the way you’re n it afraid to critique your own work, then cut out and redo it. Awesome build

15 psi? That is a LOT. Very cool though! I assume you must ride a lot of sand (and/or drag race)?

You are an inspiration young man, skills and talent, its a pleasure to watch

Been following for a few yrs now, this gotta be one of the best, come a long way
That thing's awesome. I'm impressed.
10:51 nice IROC! I had one exactly like it. Same color. Mine was an 88! I miss it terribly!
I had a silver 85 Iroc. Great car, tons of fun until my wife in her minivan wanted to race 🙂

Damn this build is looking absolutely awesome well done . Your fabrication skills have grown immensely excellent job my man !
Can’t believe you haven’t broken a million subscribers yet bro your seriously one of the best fabricators on this app 💪
Airbag vest too mate. Want to keeping watching your builds for many years to come
The best bike builder on UA-cam.. fact
Your skills have come a long way mate, this project is next level

Right on, great job, I like how the turbo is mounted in a perfect location plan cause, the turbo is a great mod .
That quad is looking amazing! congratulations, just my opinion, but it's the best project of yours so far. I look forward to seeing you ripping that thing at WOT.
Brother is ripping a legit rocket in his crocs, mad respect.
That Iroc Z in that shop was CLEEAANNNNN!!
Top of the morning ! Friday inspiration!
It's kinds refreshing that you posted a longer video this time.👍🏼😁
Sweet build. I can see that oil return for the turbo being a problem possibly.
had the same back tires on my raptor and love them went everywhere i wanted to go love the build
You have come along ways, great builds keep it up
YESSSS!!! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VIDEOOOO
i like how you keep it with the stock look -----great job --looks like a fun and fast ride --- great video like always
Really liked your direction with thjs build...
On the sand would be the go 👍
I want to see more content. I love all the builds!! Hope to be able to do half of you do one day
Nice execution of a plan bro. It's nice work
Few changes . Tie that front end down or get racing struts, and put a 240mph gear set on that thing so it won't be so aggressive with that boost and 1300 engine
So cool! Really compact build, I love it 💯
Sharp bro 😎💪🏽🔥😊
Good God bro ... this this is radical af ... mad respect to the build bro .. peace and love, keep it rad, stay safe, and build on. .l8z bro and keep having fun
Man dude great quad build you really do a perfect job
It turned out wicked awesome man.. its gonna freaking rip
Been watching since the twing engine go kart, shit tuff
Yes, sir you do some nice work no doubt about it! That thing is going to be totally insane with that much horsepower😅
Nice work dude, that’s sick! You should invest in a tungsten sharpener if you haven’t already. It makes a WORLD of difference in your weld quality. Not saying yours is bad just trying to help a fellow fabricator out.
Soo sick!! Can’t wait to hear you string it out! Great job!
This is batshit crazy. I LOVE it! Just be careful not to backflip it at 120mph!
Sounds mint, looks mint ,it is mint, great job bro ,air vest as well wouldn’t harm any ,you may need a parachute lol,it’s gona be flying ,😎😎
Nice build, looks heavy though. I'm betting it's fun. Curious about a Maico 700 2-stroke engine in a atv frame.
Badass! Looking awsome man
Wow bro amazing work take that thing to glamis this upcoming season that thing belongs out there !
Exhaust should be level or face down to prevent water from standing in the pipe. Otherwise a cool build.
LEGENDARY BUILD BROTHER
The invisible mask the powder coat guy was wearing was awesome
FreeDUMB!! 😂😂
You're the man bro
That engine case is going to break where you tapped the holes. There is a reason motor mount bolts from factory go all the way through
The custom powersports goat.
You sir are a special kind of crazy and I freakin love it!! Got some mad skills too!!
SICK!!!! and 24min vid too! love t! keep it UP
Awesome build just hope someone can ride it.
You got put some blinkers on it & register it, so you can rip it on the streets legally! Came out real nice…..✌🏻💯🔥
i would put wider width metal bars so the tires are spread out more for safety measures basically and itll look good
Awesome job Vasily !
Love your videos ❤‼️
Finally❤
Love this build
Dude, that’s sick as fuck bro. Can’t wait to see it 100% done and dialed in.
New subscriber here. Awesome video and much love to ya from Maryland❤❤❤
Well done! Very impressive!
I like the front view, where you can see the ugly dirty, muddy and rusty A-arms with rattle can blue on top and bare stock dirt on bottom- TOP BUILD!
lots of good fab work here - excellent
This quad is sick frr😈😈
Fr
You should get together with Grind hard pluming
Should powdercoat those wheels or get black beadlocks with better tires & may want to upgrade the suspension for extra weight and power .... other than that it's a really cool build!
I'd fall asleep welding at that frequency. 🙃
those drain plugs snap right out when u give at good gas one time with a quick clutch🤣🤣 nice build tho
i aint never seen someone break a oil drain bolt lol if it breaks holding the engine in the frame is that worse than if the drain plug fell out the oil pan while ripping????
Are you gonna add a skidplate? Because the oil filter and oil lines are pretty close to the ground
Nice Job, I did a R1 swap with the 660 frame
Awesome build! I think your turbo oil return is going to be a big problem, oil return needs to be above the level. Turbo is going to smoke
Perfect quad for Turf Wars!
he has been up in minnesota with the cboys so I bet that could happen
You should make a bigger turbo dump pipe and matching turbo inlet. It'll look like Bull horns on the front.
That's brilliant 😂
Hello, awesome video. I am actually in Adamsville, TN where is your powercoater located in TN? Blessings
bro you got to get the 300xrx-e go kart..........i love the go kart vids
Vasily bro you need to STOP, I still have to complete that buggy🔥🔥🔥
Great job from Wales 🏴 lotto win I'll be in touch to have one built for me 😃
Somebody going to get there Killing done.😮
INCREDIBLE BRO!!!!
Bro got the broccoli 🥦 cut!! 😂😂
How much did the quad end up weighing after all this was done? That would be a very interesting thing to know.
How much cost if you do busa motor on raptor 700 at dealership or any garage
Awesome flying to the moon 🌙😅
holy crap that's awesome. don''t die on it
Here from Cboys
Help this guy. We wanna get a him out of them Crocs.😮 into some yeah dudes 😂
Crocs are timeless and cool. I had a pair of Hey Dudes, and they were like wearing cardboard on my feet. So cheap and flimsy, but not cheap to buy!
In the world of fabrication wverythings just temporary. What is this today, can be that tomorrow! Nice video kid!
Good shit bro you do good work
Better put a skid plate a soon as possible!! The oil pan will touch the ground quickly
Awesome job 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
I like Turbo Hayabusa in car a lot
Coming to an HOA near you
