PLEASE show the Thomas interview, were the journalist disgustingly slags Thomas off. Whether misguided or not, a mistake or not, it was bang out of order by him. If a mistake in the language barrier, then the said journalist should not be interviewing English speaking riders. Thomas took it as an insult, just as it came across to him & other English speakers, yet handled it well.
@jooohan The trouble with most cycling journalists, is that they can't comprehend how what they say may come across to the riders...because they've not been a rider themselves. It was an insult to Thomas & Thomas's reaction showed such. It was simple English & could not be misguided. Imagine if the same was said to a lesser polite & rational rider than Thomas?
@jooohan I agree with your analogy in the Danish/English mix up & I wholeheartedly agree with you about his English not being good enough...& so the question ought to be raised, he shouldn't be interviewing English speaking riders. You're also correct in the problem is highlighted to 'us' English speaking viewers, commentators, studio employees on Eurosport, riders & former riders. It would come across as slagging off to us, but not so harsh or at all, to non English speakers as a first language. I feel we can see it from both sides & i'm not here to argue, I respect your views. The bottom line is, as we both agree, his English isn't good enough to interview English speaking riders...or similar will happen again. It surprises me that it's shown on UK screens, as there are English speaking journalists on the Giro.
He should now think about his strategy of winning all 3 tours this year. Giro is now play safe & smart and realistically in his pocket now. It's a question of saving energy and legs for the upcoming tours.

@@markotertinek4433 Im old enough to remember pre-EPO era when the drugs were less effective and even winning on drugs took it out of you. Pog has been in the mix for the stage EVERY day...Gana passed THREE riders and Pog finished 17 seconds faster than him. I don't believe my eyes. Mind you, I WANT to. But following this sport since 1982 has taken my naiveté.
The reason for that is staring you in the face. Why don't you get it?
🤘🏻🏴
Nice coverage!
Second time G gives away Giro in TT on the last slope
And you heard it here first Pog wins race by ten minutes or biggest time margin ever
@5:28 DANI MARTINEZ COL
Pogi doing a Tadej... just amazing...
Is the Giro done for already?
*It was done 2 days ago, that is why everybody is now watching Tour of Hungry.*
It was a forgone conclusion before it started. How on earth did anybody think Pogacar is going to lose a grand tour to Thomas?
@@anthonyhuber-permanentlyre7808 Hungary
Any half-wit who says it is has never watched a bike race. One spectator getting too close on a hill. One wet leaf on a downhill. One mechanical at the wrong time. One corner taken 1mph too quickly. That's all it takes.
Practically
Magnus Sheffield! What an effort by him to get third in this challenging TT, only 32 seconds behind Top Ganna. Ineos teammate Arensman right behind Magnus for 2, 3, and 4 for Ineos. Sheffield is quite a talent! 🇺🇸
Poor Ganna 😥
That’s it guys. It’s a wrapped. Stage hunting from now on
Didn't even break a sweat 😂
Tadej ❤
Man he’s strong!!
Clean victory!
It would be great to know what tire width the top 10 have driven with??
He's unstoppable.
they use to say this about Lance
@@marccarter1350 You've been harping on this doping angle for the longest time, as if you're the only one with brains.. I wonder why you still follow the sport, if you doubt it's authenticity.. Leave the question to WADA, or volunteer your services.. they can probably use somebody with your talent.

@@antoniomirasol8646 Yeah, because iut continues to kill the sport i love. What difference would that make. I mean the UCI cover it up anyway. They did so with Lance and his friends in the 1990's/2000's
Ganna made a fool of Pogi passing him in TT time some time back. Starting after him. Its just shows the hill favours the lighter rider. When it comes to raw power on TT flat stages. Pogacar is a baby for Ganna
@jooohan
That's not what, importantly Thomas thought...nor the Eurospoort Breakaway team.
It was wrong & extremely harsh. Simple as.
@jooohan
The trouble with most cycling journalists, is that they can't comprehend how what they say may come across to the riders...because they've not been a rider themselves.
It was an insult to Thomas & Thomas's reaction showed such. It was simple English & could not be misguided.
Imagine if the same was said to a lesser polite & rational rider than Thomas?
@jooohan
& as stated, it's what Thomas himself heard & took it as. As a former rider myself, I took it the same as Thomas.
@jooohan
The UK Breakaway team of Robbie McEwan, Lloyd, Blyth & Orla all took it as Thomas did.
@jooohan
I agree with your analogy in the Danish/English mix up & I wholeheartedly agree with you about his English not being good enough...& so the question ought to be raised, he shouldn't be interviewing English speaking riders.
Tadej is just amazing...beautiful ride once again.
getting kind of boring
👏👏👏🥇🏆 Tadej Pogacar!
Long Live The King~!
Just amazing 🎉
These fellas in front REALLY know how to MASK EPOS
He should now think about his strategy of winning all 3 tours this year. Giro is now play safe & smart and realistically in his pocket now. It's a question of saving energy and legs for the upcoming tours.
Monster indeed! I love Tadej but also sympathize for Ganna’s disappointment.
Impressive last 5K. Wow. Tadej is a beast.
He is like a race Horse on Steroids... oh hand on! lol
Good medicine

Bravooooooooooooo Tadej !!!
Pogi is a beast
my smack head sister uses less drugs lol
The Slovenian beast is hungry and hunting
So the battle for 2nd on GC continues
Fun fact that two ITT specialists beat all climbers except one, that shows how Tadej was.
Absolute master piece by pogi
Jonas says, "you are getting there".
This dude is so good he might with a TDF one day...
The great Pogacar!!!🎉🎉🎉
FANTASTIC
Cavolo e un grandissimo campione ma il giro merita rispetto tutti i campioni devono venire
At least Thomas couldn't suck his wheel like he's used to ..😜🤣
Respekt ❤
Wow, he is good.
That was intense 🔥
17 seconds on Gana which you can safely say it the best TT in the world is astonishing.
There's a reason for that. Don't you get it????
🤘🏻🏴
Today Tadej put one hand on the trophy. Tomorrow he will put the other. He will break their hearts and crush their hopes tomorrow.
The man is an absolute machine.
He is the winner baring accident or injury. That was 95% clear at the start and now it is almost 100%.
so much praise for pagacar, but with something like this happening, im sure time will tell, if this is all organic.
Terbaik lah Poggy
One and only
Oks, it's over. This Giro has finished.
Pog is amazing but his dominance is very suspicious. He reminds me of Lance. UCI vampires should be testing him every day
A lot of the other top riders out with injury, so hard to say. Dopers come up quickly and disappear for long times. Although the great Eddie M. Was also a doper.

This guy is a legend already. A pure cyclist. This is what cycling needs, not a boring robot like Vingegaard.
your coment is trash
Probably the best ever. Or will be in five years.
Agree. He sees the finish line and he goes for it. Any stage.
Unbelievable 😊
WOW!
Negative split by Pogi and unfavourable final meant that Ganna didn't win this one.
FG is a monster 👻 in TT
He's a god
Pogacar just on a victory lap every race he enters
High Cadence + high sugar = high results.
I know you're joking!! High cadence has been scientifically proven to not be effective when above 90rpm and "high sugar" I think you just mean "HIGH"

Tadej pogacar fan here though I was rooting for Filipo Ghana to win this tt. 😅
Pog is like the Verstappen of cycling at the moment
Max have good car, but my friend Tadej have power, motivation.. Its diferent for compare. TADEJ is the beast 💪🇸🇮
what a stunning performance.. wow

EPO has to be on the 10 or 15th generation by now😂. The 3rd generation of EPO was 20 years ago. Not to mention all the stuff they've got that WADA doesn't know how to test for😉

Digging a bit deeper a bit longer ….
I love pogi but considering this is his tour to lose I would have loved it more if Ganna won the stage in front of his home country. Ganna looked like his was using a single chainring. I wonder if that cost him the stage
Can't believe Pogi won even though his hair wasn't sticking out of his helmet
If the weather condition was constant, 17 could have been 70.
