Ballet is excellent for young girls. It will give Grace, elegance and excellent posture.
Good family moments. Love how you take time to explain choices and outcomes to Layla. And how she is comfortable stating her boundaries of what she is okay with doing and she is listened to. You can see that gives her confidence to take on the world. You keep her emotionally safe while encouraging trying new things.
Layla is the Princess, the Diva, the Boss and I just love to watch her. So grown up yet still a sweet innocent. Love her!

Layla is absolutely adorable. I use to teach both Ballet and Tap, plus the floor mat exercises. From little ones 3 yrs old to adults. Just make sure she never wears either her tap shoes or ballet slippers outside on the concrete. It will ruin them

I loved this. Layla is adorable. When my brother and I were kids, we and my Mom would have water battles. It generally started with throwing a wet paper towel at someone or a handful of water doing dishes. It invariably escalated to either the sprayer on the kitchen sick or the hose outside. Occasionally both. Watching you brought back those awesome memories of more than 40 years ago. Thanks!

I love seeing Layla in the dance shop! She was SO excited! My grandmother was a dance teacher of tap, jazz, ballet, and ballroom dance! My childhood was filled with tap shoes, leotards, leg warmers, ballet slippers, and tutus! Some of the best memories of my life! I know we're not supposed to have favorites and I love all of the Bates' grandkids, but Layla's my favorite! She is incredibly smart, well beyond her age. She's so sweet and so sassy, and funny, too! I hope she falls in love with dancing. It's a beautiful thing! Love you guys!

I'm flashing back to my daughter being almost 4 and wearing the exact same outfit to start tap class. She looked adorable but hated it and cried every week. Years later she took ballet, gymnastics and cheer and loved it. Layla is amazingly focused for her age !!

Oh WOW ~ talk about a trip down memory lane in the ballet shop. My son started ballet at 4, and is now the ballet teacher. He is now 22. Things have changed a bit - VELCRO on the tap shoes ! Brilliant idea. Ballet is one of the best things you can do for your child. The water challenge had me soaking wet with tears of laughter! Thanks again for an awesome vlog. Your Aussie 🇦🇺🦘fan. ❤
