  • Hello all,
In this video, we fit the newly re-bored cylinders, oversize pistons and rings and complete the rebuild of our engine. We also take a look at the master cylinder and front brake caliper... and we use a grease gun to remove the stuck piston... hope you enjoy!

Your rebuild inspired me and has cached me through my 350f rebuild. Thank you.

Putting the tooth brush back was hilarious and gave me a huge laugh.

When I was a very young lad I borrowed a razor blade from my fathers shaver. After I cut out my balsa wood I carefully put it back in his razor ! He didn't get too mad...

Hey Peter. I recently restored a 1973 Cb350f (made a ride video too) but wanted to let you know I couldn’t have done it without your video series. You are an excellent teacher and a joy to watch!!! Thank you for your videos!!

Gotta love the toothbrush going straight back into the drawer, that's something I'd do! At least you can't be blamed for it going missing then!

The drawback with headphones watching this, is that I keep thinking that damn blowey's in the room with me.

Is there a way you can JB Weld or actually use a weld to repair the fins (and obviously file and work up a finish to make it less obvious)? Not that is a big deal based on where the damage is located.

Peter what type of motorcycle would you recommend to a noob rider who doesn’t know anyone. Tall and heavy. I’m like 6’6” and 130kg.
