    Angela I just have to pay you a great compliment. I was watching another channel the other day and she was canning. She did not wipe her jars down before she put her lid"s on. She tipped her jars almost sideways when she took them out of the canner. I was just cringing LOL. All of your helpful hints are just amazing!!! You are an amazing person!!! I can't wait for peaches next season. I will definitely be making Jam using your recipe!!! God bless you both and thank you again!!!

    I've looked all over for a simple low sugar, chunky peach jam. Have never tried my had at jams or jellies, but yours looks like the one I've been looking for. I'm also going to leave the skins on, just because we like the skins. I don't think that should affect the process. Many Thanks! God Bless! And I just subscribed to your channel 🙏🙏

    I have never canned anything. I may never can again. Can I use my large stock pot? You make it look easy.

      Yes you can definitely use a stock pot with a kitchen towels folded and put in the bottom so the jars don't hit together too much.

      You were taught how to can jam in home-ec? All we were taught was cookies and stuff that I already knew how to do.
