She tipped her jars almost sideways when she took them out of the canner. I was just cringing LOL. All of your helpful hints are just amazing!!! You are an amazing person!!! I've looked all over for a simple low sugar, chunky peach jam. Have never tried my had at jams or jellies, but yours looks like the one I've been looking for. I have never canned anything. I may never can again. Can I use my large stock pot? You make it look easy.
Yes you can definitely use a stock pot with a kitchen towels folded and put in the bottom so the jars don't hit together too much.
