    ???? Plzzz why are they telling me stop eating sushi ...does it depend on what restaurants or does it have to be fresh at all times.. What is all this crap i hear about worms??

      So sushi has two primary health risks, the first being mercury which can be at high levels in fish like tuna. The mercury isn't so high that you would get sick eating sushi occasionally but it can start to affect people if they are eating fish multiple times a week. The second health issue is parasites (worms) and these can be present in fish that hasn't been frozen at least once. Many countries (and the entire EU) require fish to be flash frozen on their fishing boat in order to kill the parasites so most fresh fish and sushi you find in supermarkets has actually been frozen once and then thawed. In the US, the FDA requires all fish to be consumed as raw must be frozen at some point in order to kill parasites so unless you are prepping fish you caught yourself or live in a country without these rules, you are safe to eat sushi in general.
