    Is this Japanese food (I mean because it's Sashimi) or is this the Korean version of Sashimi?

      Koreans eat raw fish fillets, as a gourmet delicacy. Sashimi is called Hweh 회 in Korean. Traditional Japanese sashimi is eaten with wasabi and soy sauce. This dish would not be considered as traditional Japanese sashimi. Koreans eat Hweh (sashimi) with wasabi and soy sauce, and also in other sauce sauces (tangy vinegary sauce and spicy GoChuJang/vinegar sauce).
