Gimmick more than useful gadget. For deflation, I can use a valve removing deflator (ARB have one) in a fraction of the time, and I can set any pressure I want, not just one of four pre-sets. You'd have to be sponsored or affiliated with ARB to think this is a useful item.
Hey Jack, as I mentioned in the video, I've used the ARB E-Z Deflator (valve removal) for years. In testing, it deflated 4 tyres (BFG MK3s in 235/85r16) in 4min 59sec vs 5min 44sec for the ARB Pressure Control Module. So in absolute performance, it's still the fastest by 45 seconds, however, the Pressure Control Module allows you to do other things while the tyres are being deflated. When it comes to inflation, the Pressure Control Module was significantly faster (1min 59sec to be exact) than using a manual tyre inflator with gauge - 5min 25sec vs 7min 24sec. This was using the same ARB High Output Single Compressor. All of these times were based on averages of three cycles and with connecting to the valve stem on each wheel and didn't include any time to walk between tyres (this could be a variable). One thing I didn't emphasise in the video is that while you can set four presets of your own, you can also just set whatever pressure you want or run it in manual mode - it's fully customisable. Nope, not sponsored or affiliated with ARB. They provided the unit to us for review, but the opinions expressed are my own and the video wasn't viewed by them prior to publishing. Hope that provides a bit more clarity! 👍
Nice one, looks like a good add on. Love the ARB compressor so this will continue that lovin'...
Cheers, Ian!

Thanks for the review. I was considering this now I'm going to add it.
will this work with an in deflate or similar, for doing 2 or 4 tires at once? Or only for a single tire
How did you do two tyres at once?
You mentioned you did 2 tyres at once how was this done? Dual tyres is the system I want to set up .
how long it take to deflat from 36 PSI to 10 PSI

Only thing is they don't tell you that it wont work with a air tank!
