    hopefully they make a one box kit with everything in a small box with in/out air fitting and cig power leed so we can just add to portable compressors.

    If you mount mounted that 90 degrees clockwise you wouldn't need the 90 bends... faster fill then. Also they are not cheap

    The whole idea of this system is that you do away with your hand held pressure gauge. You connect your compressor to the tyre valves without the hand controlled tyre gauge and walk away while it automatically cuts off when it reaches its pre set pressure. And it also just as easily defeats the same way… hands free.

    Very good informative video, however I think personally I will keep using my fast deflate tool and arb twin compressor without this kit. I think its over complicating everything using an app with your phone, when you could just do it alot faster just inflating and deflating like normal. Finding your phone and using it with maybe wet and muddy hands is not ideal either. Just my 2 cents cheers for the review.

      Thank you buddy and I appreciate your opinion. I have to agree with you as I’ve hardly used the system since my install. I now have the Lynx system which eliminates this kit and I still have yet to use it. I admire the concept behind it however in a real world setting I doubt they get utilised as much as they should

    great. Am i correct in understanding that the PRB needs to be connected to the air tank outlet and not before the inlet ? because the air tank lets out a large volume for the tires and air tools etc. Correct me if im wrong. thanks

    Just had a ARB twin compressor installed in my truck connected to a 1 gallon air tank. Frustrating trying to air up all four tires at once, as the pressure gauge appears to measure between the tank pressure and the tire pressure. Considering just taking out the air tank and only using the compressor. You guys seem to have confirmed that in your video. Air hoses only connected to the compressor would have no choice but to read tire pressure. The air tank seems to confuse the issue. Do you guys agree with that ?

      Hi there and thanks for getting in touch. Very interesting! Now I personally dont have the 4L tank however I have a sneaking suspision it is being caused by how the air lines have been connected into the solenoids that communicate with the Pressure control system. To be perfectly honest ive relied more on my Indeflate system which allows me to deflate or inflate to the pressures I need. Let me know how you get on and if you need any further help
      KInd regards

      I don't get it either, he didn't use the system with how it's designed at all. It will auto deflate and inflate all tires if you have them all hooked up at once. Made it way more complicated than it needed to be.

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  Рік тому

      I think you’re totally misunderstanding the system. It isn’t continually hooked up to your wheels and in many circumstances I’ll be running different pressures front and rear that’s why I use the indeflate system to do both wheels instead of individual wheels

  • @TheGumbler100

    Does the pressure control affect the performance on how fast you air up? Like comparing with pressure control and with out pressure control which inflate faster?

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  Рік тому +1

      It’s a good question. The only thing I have found with the pressure control system is that it has preset pressures ready for different environments, however you could deflate your tires just as quickly with a regular pressure gauge or indeflate system. I guess it’s just down to personal preference

    • @MachinaDesigns

    • @MachinaDesigns

    • @MachinaDesigns

    What is the speed difference between deflating with the ARB and the Indeflate? Can you do a video showing deflation with the ARB?

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  3 роки тому

      The real difference is that you can only do one tire at a time with the ARB system where as the indeflate does 2. A huge advantage and a clear winner. So I just use the indeflate to deflate but also inflate as it connects to 2 tires at the same time. Hope that helps

    • @mclanesnow9304
      @mclanesnow9304 3 роки тому +1

      @@MachinaDesigns Yeah totally makes sense I was just wondering if you could use the ARB to deflate through the indeflate so you could do 2 tires at a time. Or more simply if you had 4 hoses is there anything stopping you from ganging them all together and using the arb to deflate. Like how would it know whether you had 1 or 4 tires hooked up?

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  3 роки тому +1

      @@mclanesnow9304 very good question. So with the indeflate you can equalise the pressure between 2 tires by hooking it up and leaving it to settle for a couple minutes. Now indeflate also do a 4 tire system and operates on the same principles as the dual system. So I have also followed up after inflating both tires with the indeflate and checked pressures and they were exactly what the compressor was set to so I was pretty chuffed with the outcome.

  • @ThehomelanderDXB
    @ThehomelanderDXB 2 роки тому

    Is this compatible with the indaflate 4 hose system?

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  2 роки тому

      I believe so yes. When I used my indeflate system it operated flawlessly. It will inflate all the tyres until the pressure you’ve selected is achieved. I used the 2 way system as my pressure differ from front to rear

  • @ThehomelanderDXB
    @ThehomelanderDXB 2 роки тому

    What was the total installation time required for it?

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  2 роки тому

      A couple hours if that. It took my longer as I was faffing with wiring routes and placement etc but overall very easy to do

  • @ausguy4385

    So if this fails what then full psi and flow? Or does it become dead and useless?

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  Рік тому +1

      All good questions and advice. Now after using the system for a while I can safely say I don’t need it and just use the dual compressor with the standard hand gauge now. I don’t faf around with any electronics anymore to deflate or inflate my tires.

    • @ausguy4385
      @ausguy4385 Рік тому +1

      @Machina Designs its seemed cool till was half the price of the duel compressor it self. That and the fact if it dies it seems would need to rewire and re connect air line around it... all quite hard in a 200 in the quarter panel.
      Kiss "keep it simple stupid" seem to work here with no redundancy available

  • @TheAussiebloke87
    @TheAussiebloke87 3 роки тому +1

    Seems to hunt for pressure a lot

    • @MachinaDesigns
      @MachinaDesigns  3 роки тому

      It appears to be however it’s the pressure relief valve keeping a constant pressure in the line. Admittedly it’s not 100% sealed hence it constantly adding air. Once you engage the air line to air up it works great and stops where it needs to. I rely on my Indeflate to air down which is way more efficient and simple to use.
