Got on the rebounder about 6 months ago and at age70 with literally less than 10 minutes work out my upper and lower body strength has really improved. $90 bucks and I was on my way to improving the lymph system resulting in way better stamina , and general well being. That’s my experience.

I've studied the lymphatic system for many years and over the last few years I wondered what had happened to its reputation since no health site ever mentions it. What an amazing video to watch. Thank you Dr. Lemole and Dr. Axe for bring this very important information to light.

Incredible information. This makes a lot of sense since I've used a number of those things for years and seem to be well [enough] considering high stress and stiffness onslaughts from time constraints. I think the skin seems to handle what the lymphatic system can't as a last resort.

Several things can cause a swollen posterior cervical lymph node, but the most common cause is a viral infection, such as a cold or the flu. Some other common causes of swollen lymph nodes include: strep throat.

Hey doc I’ve been following your videos and I would like to ask you a question please. Which Extra Virgin Olive Oil is real in America? I’ve been using California Extra Virgin Oil The One made in California and not destination series. Is the destination series better? Also have you tried primal kitchen avocado oil? Last question, what should I eat to limit bubbles in urine? I did a test and they said I was normal but I’m still concerned. Please get back to me! I’m a Christian man by the way!
