hey so I have also dislocated my shoulder and experience the same “floating” on one side. Is there a name for this condition/lack of mobility?

I wonder if i have a shoulder issue then. Feels like i have a knot on the outside of shpulder. I can't do what you did with my right shoulder. If i massage the knot the pain goes away sjort term. Is that a sign of bad rotator cuff?

Hey Lance, without assessing I wouldn't want to guess anything. At our home gym, we help people get out of pain all over the world. If you are interested in finding out if we can help your shoulder, go to crossfitsoar.com/contact-us/ and we will have someone reach out to you.

Hey I haven't been unable to lift my arms up that high for years now, like in the video where it doesn't hurt, just it's not flexible. Do you think it's still tight lats? Can they last that long?

@@structureyourstrength8224 nah I can't my parents won't take me, thats why I was watching vids like this. I really only started to notice it about 5 years ago. I'm not sure if that's when it started or I just never realised before then. But yeh my arms go up maybe 40° for straight up and then stop and my chest starts rotating instead. It doesn't hurt but I'm just really inflexible

check out instagram.com/repair_and_rebuild/. If it is that bad, you will probably want to get help from someone who specializes in this area.
