    I actually feels really good. I have shoulder issues, Dr may want to do surgery. This all happened cause I was lifting weights incorrectly. *sigh
    But this is great!

    Great tips but what if you wanna lift weights to strengthen your deltoid muscle but it hurts when your lifting as a side raise?? Thx,
