Blueberries helped me as I would leave the house if I had sinus issues. Water is my drink of choice, keeps me hydrated and cleansed. Avocados are great, too.
Breakfast for me is a little less than a cup of Chobanni greek yogurt plain or vanilla, add blackberries or blueberries, homemade protein bites oatmeal, peanut butter and protein powder and a banana or Organic happy granola which has sprouted maple Quiona. I have a 40 oz stainless steel bottle for drinking water only that keeps me full until at least 2 pm and if I eat anything it will be an early dinner. because I am still pretty full from breakfast.
I definitely lack water, but have been drinking two filled cups of water before the meal at the beginning of today as you said in your last video I’ve seen. I’m going to go for a single liter water bottle to stay consistent from here, on, out.
I have (re)started Intermittent Fasting and you'll know that works well for weight loss. I am interested in trying your program but my problem is that in the past I could not keep up with the meals simply because of the unavailability of the recommended raw ingredients. I'm from Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. Do you think your meal plan is "universal"?

Oatmeal is great! High in fiber, no fat and it's a complex carb so it satisfies you longer. I have oatmeal almost every morning....I add some fruit and walnuts or almonds to it with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Yummy and nutritious.

@@ninabina5023 thank you for replying. However, a few people have told me these leaves are carbs and hence we can put on weight with arugala leaves. Actually I eat alot of it as I love it daily. @@childofjesus5317 ive never heard of that before. Maybe if you ate like a cow all day then yes you could potentially put on weight, but as that's unlikely,I wouldn't worry about it. You can't over eat on vegetables or fruit as your body will tell you when you've had enough unlike processed foods where we can keep eating and eating. The simplest way to know how much is enough, is to eat until you are comfortably full and only eat again when you are hungry ( when your body is ready for it). I achieve this by eating breakfast then missing lunch and then have dinner. Furthermore not all carbs are the same, so any carbs from veg or fruit is good.

Hello, so first of all thanks for the tips. I want ask whether it's okay to drink orange juice with hot water without sugar. I mean freshly squeezed oranges.
Here in Kenya we do along with a cup of tea or coffee a boiled egg and avocado with some kale on the side or spinach or cabbage...and we just boil our sweet potatoes not baked or fried...we also substitute with boiled plantain or boiled yam or boiled cassava....that's why we are healthy...no complications...we keep it simple...and everything Is fresh from the farm and organic....
I do. They are so good with some Trader Joes Chili Lime Seasoning sprinkled on, eggs whites and turkey bacon. Sweet potatoes are full of healthy nutrients.
He's a lefty how adorable! Left handed people were revered in the Bible! They were stone throwers and could only come from the tribe of Benjamin! Point 3 is 100% true. Overnight oats does it for me.

You can get fiber from vegetables, legumes, and complex carbs like sweet potatoes and arrow roots

Thank you! Milk will add some calories but you can still lose weight while drinking it if you follow the other diet rules

Just using the mixer to make an apple juice without adding sugar, should be ok, right? It is the same as eating apple, right?
You’re taking the fibre out of the apple when you juice it, basically you’re just taking the liquid and sugar out of the apple.
A whole fruit is more filling.
Drinking calories is not as satisfying as chewing.
