my biceps used to respond to just about every movement...pump and burn...but anymore it`s hard to get them to pump,I`ve tried every approach....once in a great while I get a gift lift and they get pumped and expand wider and taller..feels great and I think I`m back,then next time around I just can`t achieve that same effect....I usually work them once,maybe twice a week...I do like doing a 2-5 count at the top of each movement..that does help a lot...

you have to have correct form! eat enough for your muscle to feed from! full extension of the arm squeeze at top. also if non of this progress sometimes genetics are involved with bad bicep but working on tricep more will make your arm appear bigger anyway since its a bigger muscle
Adithyan S K- start working your back. pull downs and rows... also other compound movements with a heavy emphaisis on biceps like chin ups wide grip and narrow grip. Note- your triceps might be the problem though if you want bigger arms

Chief Beef I have been working out for about a year now, I see a huge difference. I work five times a week and 2 days off, I do take protien for soreness, and each day I'll work out for about 1 hour on just arms and shoulders, next day I'll focus on my chest and stomache.
Muhammad Danish Use dumbbells and only use as much as your weak arm can handle. Say you can only handle ten pounds on your weak arm...use that weight for both arms. Keep concentrating on the weak arm as the strong arm just tags along. Eventually they'll even out.
