    I love how determined and all-or-nothing you are! You said let’s talk about this and then you went and covered EVERYTHING so honestly and so directly and you always come across this way no matter the context! I love and admire this about you so much you really make me want to work on being like this myself!

    Thanks for being so vulnerable and sharing your secrets! Excited to try some of these.
    It’s crazy bc I’ve been following for a while now and I never really noticed these fluctuations in weight that you’re talking about. You’ve always looked steady to me??!!

    Walking IS exercise. 10000+ steps a day counts sister 🖤
    But I have found that as we age we also need resistance training for bone and joint health😎
    Quite frankly I only started resistance training in my 50’s and it has been a real game changer for me. I’m more confident in my body than I’ve ever been.

    Thank you so much for your honesty.❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It’s so refreshing for a woman to admit to everything she has had done. So many celebrities will lie and never admit to surgeries, treatments, etc. when it’s so obvious. There’s no shame in wanting to take care of yourself and enhancing or fixing things about yourself you are not happy with. As I’m approaching 60 there are many things I could have done but for the most part I’m okay with how I’m aging. I have an autoimmune disease so I tend to be a bit wary of treatments as I don’t know how I would respond. I definitely am planning on getting a few procedures done this year and am on a weight loss journey as well. I gained weight during Covid as well but most of it was from a medication I was on. I thank you again for being so authentic. Also a big happy new year to you and Luca.❤️🙏

    Wow! This is amazing!! I had never heard of so many of these procedures and I'm in awe :) I'm all for doing any treatments you want and can afford. I'd love to be able to do some of these things. Non-invasive procedures are right up my alley!
    As far as eating, I can understand what you're saying about portion size. Our daughter is 5'2 and eats like a bird too. She's very petite and slim (probably 115-120 lbs) and is the same size she was 10 years ago in high school. But, it is enough for her. She's actually eating for her size, and I should probably be eating what she eats .. even though I'm 5'10. LOL
    Thanks so much for sharing!

    I have no issues with treatments. I am not a fan of fillers. The goal is to look like you haven't done anything so I find fillers make women look clownish as they do not know when to stop (general statement). As for cool sculpting and other body procedures, for the amount of money you spent on those you could have hired a trainer. I know you mentioned you don't work out, but part of moving your body is ensuring that you stay healthy, especially if you are an emotional eater. Working out also improves your mental health. At least your walking, yet it seems like a lot of money spent for quick solutions that require a life-long financial commitment.

    • @MelissaSoldera
      @MelissaSoldera  Рік тому +22

      I agree with you regarding trainer but tbh, I don't have time to commit to one. I am a single mom and work full time. I don't want to give up time with Luca to workout and I don't know anyone who would come babysit at 5am so I can workout with a trainer. My goal is to make the time as she gets a little older, but at the moment I don't see how I can squeeze in the commitment on a regular basis between mom life and work.

    • @JessyTreal
      @JessyTreal Рік тому +7

      I enjoy your videos, so this isn’t an insult, but the time that you spend getting all these procedures done would probably be the same amount of time that you would spend working out, no?
      I appreciate the honesty though.

    Not snacking…that’s absolutely the only way I can loose weight! If I can get myself on the OMAD train my body will actually loose the weight.
    When I weigh myself every morning I stay on track. I stopped weighing myself and allowed myself snacks for the holidays. I gained 6lbs, and I’m struggling to drop it.
    I also found that if I crave something I can just get past it. I’m all or nothing with desserts. I can’t have one bite of a rice crispy…no I have to eat the whole cake pan in one day. I literally check out and cram my face non stop until something is gone. 😬🤦‍♀️
    And yes I did in fact eat a whole cake pan of rice crispy treats after Christmas. They’re my weakness because they’re my favorite. And they don’t make me feel sick until I’ve ate the whole pan. So they are very dangerous for me to get started on. I’ve only made them once myself for that reason. 😬😬😬

    It’s normal to gain 60-70 pounds when you get pregnant if you are very small/thin. Most moms do when you are smaller than 120 but don’t talk about it. It also takes at least 9 months to a year to really lose the weight. We as women and mothers are too harsh on ourselves. You probably have diastasis recti unresolved. Megan Moon just posted a great video on this issue and what she did to heal as a former bikini model and mother to twins.

    I have to!! It's so easy to stay on track when you weigh yourself everyday, if you gain a lb or 2 you handle that shit right away. Lmaooo my family says I eat like a bird SO funny 🤣🤣
