My step dad was like that. He had his license revoked in multiple states, felony speeding most times along with dui. He still drove all the time. Probably still does but i haven't spoken to him in almost 20 years
Every DUI should be accompanied with a reckless endangerment charge. In some states it is a felony. Time in jail/prison ranges from 6 months to 7 years. Instead a woman driving under the influence managed to damage my childs brain when she was 3 (19 years old now), and she had to pay higher insurance for a few years. Spent less than 24 hours in jail, and paid a small fine. While my daughter is paying physically, mentally, emotionally for the rest of her life. My daughter also remembers the whole thing, and I think the woman who drove into my daughters bedroom should have had to pay for her therapy, medical care, and the thousand dollars of prescriptions per month. We sued civilly, and won, but insurance paid for it. It took over a year to get my daughter to sleep in a bed again. She stopped speaking for 6 months. She didn't feel safe anywhere and a drunk driver took that from her.
This guy is a beast. He was in the basement of his apartment building AND sitting on the passenger side of his car when he was being chased by the cops. At least he's alright, he apologized for "dipping" when the car stopped. Legend.

Best part is, I don't think anybody had even mentioned driving by that point. He was effectively snitching on himself. I mean, they all knew what he did, but may as well let him put forth any provable lies that he cares to disclose.
Wow - I've seen some shit, but a $1,000 bond for a repeat offender (4th) with open container AND felony fleeing & eluding?! The District Attorney in La Crosse is an absolute joke! I wouldn't be surprised if they offer a plea to dismiss the other charges if he admits to the open container. Such a travesty of justice - does this waste of carbon need to actually kill someone while driving drunk before the DA actually does something?! Pathetic!
@@shiftyfitter Nah, that's just La Crosse and their weak DA. The freedom is in moving anywhere else where people are held accountable through typically harsh state laws on repeated drunk driving. This would get 20 years minimum in some states.
Imagine paying thousands of dollars to live at a place that has such a high police response rate that the maintenance guy just gives up and tells the police "ya know what.. fuck it.. just have a set of keys to the place, and leave me to rest in peace"

@@vincedidiana5781Yeah, that’s because you missed your court date, tho. Bond isn’t a penalty, it’s to make sure you show up. If this guy has a history of making his court dates, there’s no reason to blast him with a high bond.

"The invisible man was driving my car, not me!" "Oh sorry sir, let me get those cuffs off you. You're free to go. Can we drive you back home as a way of apology?"
Pull that crap in Denmark and you get charged with “driving insane.” (vanvidskørsel) If you are found guilty in court, you automatically get a minimum 20 days in jail, fined an amount equal to your monthly salary before taxes, your license revoked for 3 years, and the car you drove is CONFISCATED. It doesn’t matter who owns it, it is GONE! (There is more to this, but this is the minimum.)

I mean, that’s an important caveat that deserves mention.
This guy has nothing to do with being smart. He does as much smart stuff in his life as a deaf man does hearing...none.

He was about 2 seconds from being lead poisoned.

“So there’s another Buffalo bills fan running around here?” the chill cops got me lol’ing
Lmao here I was thinking “ofc he has to be a Bills fan” before i got to that part 😂
This guy is a beast.
He was in the basement of his apartment building AND sitting on the passenger side of his car when he was being chased by the cops.
At least he's alright, he apologized for "dipping" when the car stopped.
Legend.
Guys I think it's safe to say his friend was driving and put his keys in his pocket and then wished the officers luck on their case. What a wonderful citizen
The friend had the spare set
He left the keys to the bldg in the car bc he was totally setting his friend up. He wanted to make sure he got away while his friend who was totally the passenger got the blame 😂
I can't believe a lie that big, lol, you think I'm a trumpist or something? LoL (reference to his statement in video, stay calm oh polarized ones)
Sadly, my job is relocating me to Wisconsin. All I can think about is how many criminals are freely roaming the streets hours to days after being released for the 35th time.
There’s some realllly wholesome, good people here too. Just hope you’re not going to LaCrosse, Manitowoc, or the north side of MKE lol. Otherwise you’ll be in good hands. Good luck!
You are probably the replacement for the criminal that can't show up on time to work
A lot more locks are in your future.
That can happen anywhere
😢
"My friend didn't drive...I mean he drove." Lmaooo
Travis was so star-struck by the Police that he pissed himself.
I think we're all in agreement that "he wasn't driving, his invisible friend was" best laugh I've had all day!
Best part is, I don't think anybody had even mentioned driving by that point. He was effectively snitching on himself.
I mean, they all knew what he did, but may as well let him put forth any provable lies that he cares to disclose.
@@tetsuo3kwhat video did you watch lol. Was mentioned numerous times
Hopefully the homie can get off the OWI charge by arguing he drank once he got back home

The tone it was said in made it so much funnier
He's goin places.
All over the place.
Pathetic!
I agree, it looks like you guys are taking that whole "freedom" thing way too far.
It's always a smart idea to put your hands in your pockets when the Police are pointing guns at you...
If I was a bills fan I’d be drunk all year round drinking my sorrows away 🤣
They don’t start counting DUIs in Wisconsin until you get to half dozen, or hit someone, then they raise the bond to $2000. This guy is a rookie
Hey-ey-ey-ey 🦬
You shouldn't be trying that stunt in Denmark. We have an entirely different take on that.
I heard you get a set of silver steak knives for your lucky 4th DUI in Wisconsin

Released a few days later and back behind the wheel drunk again and again and again ! 1K Bond is so ridiculous !
The bond is crazy. Years ago, I missed a court date, was issued a bench warrant and had a 20K bond. $2,000 to get out. And this was for weed 20 years ago when it was viewed as the devil. 4th DUI and a signature bond
@@vincedidiana5781Yeah, that’s because you missed your court date, tho. Bond isn’t a penalty, it’s to make sure you show up. If this guy has a history of making his court dates, there’s no reason to blast him with a high bond.

Pull that crap in Denmark and you get charged with “driving insane.” (vanvidskørsel)
If you are found guilty in court, you automatically get a minimum 20 days in jail, fined an amount equal to your monthly salary before taxes, your license revoked for 3 years, and the car you drove is CONFISCATED. It doesn’t matter who owns it, it is GONE!
(There is more to this, but this is the minimum.)
When I was a kid they used to pour out your beer then make you walk home and you could go get your car the next day.
What the hell does “driving insane” mean? And “pull that crap” - are you talking about drinking and driving?
Y'all are so nice in europe
@anti-ethniccleansing465 Really dude?! 🤔
"Driving insane" obviously a translation of what just happened. You know, the drunk driving, jumping a curb, and yeah, pissing his pants...
"Pull that crap" -- definitely means exactly that! 😅😅
Denmark has fantastic laws! I bet there would be less drink driving if our laws meant you got this type of punishment.... I live in Australia, and we are sick of the 'slap on the wrist' types of punishment!!
Take a drink every time he says he didn't drive and you'll be as good at hide and seek as he was.
BEST comment yet! 😂
He did reach the quota of 100 "I wasn't driving" claims. Meanwhile, he still has hat marks on his head, ran because of a 4th OUI, only HE was in the car, and left his keys in sight. ( btw, how did he get in his apartment?) Thank you, officers. At least he did not kill anyone on the road this night.
Lacrosse is the gift that keeps on giving.
apparently driving drunk in wisconsin gets you absolutely no punishment whatsoever.
