criminals are absolute morons 9.9/10 times. i was running with a bad crowd in high school and a bunch of them planned to break in and rob a head shop, which they did end up doing. I sat on it for a bit and decided I was going to tell the owner their names because he was a small business and I had a friendly relationship with him from buying lots of stuff there. turns out i didnt need to because the dumbasses posted a bunch of the glass for sale on facebook marketplace and galaxy brains that they were didn't even pull off the price tags. they weren't labeled with the shop name, but it was painfully obvious where they were from.
They let them go free a couple times with a slap on the wrist. When the offender get comfy and know that they won’t be punished harshly, they commit a severe crime. THATS when they nail with a multi-decade prison sentence. They use the past actions and repeated offenses against them to get a harsher sentence. Turning possibly a simple clean robbery from a few years in jail to a few decades.
i have no idea, but i would think this is normal among k9 officers as they grow such a bond with they dog in such high tense situations, so not only does this keep the dog soothed around yelling and dangerous situation, but also it must be impossible not to grow an unmeasurable bond between your k9

I've noticed about 90% of all Code Blue Cam videos follow the exact same script: "Wisconsin cop observes unlawful behavior and starts a pursuit. The pursued person ends up in the police station, is arrested, and charged with 2-5 felonies and 5-10 misdemeanors. This person is then given a bond that can be posted with change you find in the couch cushions. The person is found guilty of 1-3 of the 7-15 charges and is given a sentence of days in jail or probation." This script is known to every criminal in Wisconsin, especially the part where absolutely zero punishment is issued for the crimes.

i have no idea, but i would think this is normal among k9 officers as they grow such a bond with they dog in such high tense situations, so not only does this keep the dog soothed around yelling and dangerous situation, but also it must be impossible not to grow an unmeasurable bond between your k9
