Yep! I was going to wire up my Secom C Type with this but I’ve already made a video on it so I didn’t. They probably also used the Fortress boxes with these for a bit.
Which fuse? Sounds like you may have accidentally linked out the supply for the bell or strobe so when you activate panic, the bell terminals are shorted out and the fuse pops. Just a thought.
@@Jimmycrops89 you can stick it in the entry exit (EE) terminals if you want an entry timer and you can put it in any of the other zones if you want an instant alarm. I think the last zones (7 and 8?)are panic and fire. There’s just two terminals and it doesn’t matter which way round the wires go for the alarm circuits. It does matter for power though as they have to be positive and negative.

C+ is latch memory and E- is remote LED enable.

I don’t know what panels they used except the Thorn Siteguard, which was a very early Microtech Galaxy with a large MK1 keypad.
