- El Chepe is Mexico's finest train and I took a ride on it's first class service. I decided to try out the Mexican breakfast on the upper dome on one of the wagons. It was a 5 star experience to eat and enjoy the views on El Chepe. I tried a few Mexican dishes that I never tried before and each was a hit. The main selling point is the view on the train while having a nice meal. Sadly they were out of alcohol so no champagne or mimosas but hey it is what it is.

there's a tourist train from Cholula to the city of Puebla, you probably will like to visit that state, not far from there you can visit the Italian community called Chipilo, as the menonitas they are farmers and they make very good cheese.

Es como gastar mucho tiempo humano y hojas de papel, tinta etc. Luego al rato el menu esta completo y que hacemos con las hojas que faltan productos? Saludos

El Chepe through Copper Canyon is one of my favorite trips. Haven't done it since they added the new ultra shi-shi class though! The adventure park in Divisadero is FUN - especially the 7 segment zip line (with two looooooong suspension bridges)!

Chiles rellenos are normaly made with "chile poblano" the taste is so much better than Anaheim chilly.
