- We are in Chihuahua Mexico to try out the famous montados that come from the city. I decided to check out one of the more popular restaurants in town to try the best Mexican food that I can. Hope you guys enjoy this Mexican food vlog from Chihuahua in Chihuahua

Very few UA-camrs show northern Mexico. You're the first I've seen try asadero cheese. The food in that region is much more similar to what we have in the U.S. but obviously much better. I love that exact type of salsa. But when the jalapeños are roasted, it's as if they get mad because they become 100 times hotter.
Some of them make it to Divisadero for Las Barrancas del Cobre, but I hardly ever see anyone go anywhere else in Northern México. Chihuahua city is a great place to explore - more vloggers should check it out! It is too bad El Chepe doesn't stop there anymore.
Because northern Mexico is a mess.
I go there every 15 days and I watched the whole video, watching these kinds of videos makes me feel proud to be from Chihuahua

I’m from the west coast norte grew up eating Scandinavian/American food it’s not great! Once I stared eating Mexican food especially authentic Mex I can never go back..
My favorite food on the planet all Mexico style food. Iam from Chicago area eat a lot of this stuff. Nothing like be there having the real deal tho

Volpe!! the jalapeños put salt and Limon on it with every bite so bomb. Not alot of salt just a dash with limon.
La cebolla los pepinos y lo demás que le quieras poner se pone adentro del montado saludos a mi gente de chihuahua. Si te gusto el asadero. Ve a villa Ahumada chihuahua. Esa ciudad es la cuna del asadero y prueba el chile verde con suero de asadero.

Tortas Cubano.. They're the best tortas in chihuahua.
Too funny! We have salsa de arbol here in Mazatlán - my Torta Ahogada place (tacos y tortas ahogada el mono) soaks sliced onions in it. In the beginning I called it devil fire sauce, but now it just tingles ;) We also have one place that sells 'quesadilla criminal' - doesn't have as much meat, but it's the same thing as what you ate.
Nah bro, what makes a montado is the type of cheese, if it doesnt has asadero, its not a montado, else is just a random quesadilla, and it may sound like exageration but you have to try that cheese, is awesome

@@bjones9942 the asadero cheese its a regional food so you dont find it in other states, your quesadilla sounds really tasty but its diferent, asadero gives the montados an unique taste.

Oh nooooo Sophie! Don’t try hot sauce anymore. Everyone always has that first reaction when your not a hot sauce fan. I’m not much of a hot sauce fan either, the most I can do is some generic ass hot sauce that really isn’t hot at all compared to Carlos who’s so used to hot sauce.

Ask her to always carry a small tetrapak of milkshake. It helps a lot to soothe the tongue and the insides after taking hot and spicy food. Much much better than sweetened juice and such stuff.
