  • This is the setup I use on both my canoe and kayak. It is easy to make and use. With this setup, you can position your canoe at any angle. This way you don't have to change of the way you face.

    This is a great idea!
There is a motorized canoe somewhere in my not too distant future, and, so I am very glad I came across your videos. I subbed quite a while ago and I never get tired of your times on the water.

Thank you so much. I know there isn't much difference in the videos. Just showing the canoe running in the water and landscape. I'll have some behind the scenes stuff all so. Thanks for your support.

Nice rig! I never knew you could rescue an anchor like that.

I'd like to see a demonstration of the anchor modification you have, how it really works.

That is kinda hard to do. It is simple. The tie breaks and the rope goes to the other end.

Boost your audio some. Wear a microphone? Bruce in AUS has a wireless mic that he wears.

Usually I wear a wireless mic.. But I thought with the camera so close to me and holding it. It would work. The camera I used on this film don't have a place to attach a wireless mic. And I didn't want to use my recorder and dub the sound. It was just a short, fast video. On my main productions, I use other cameras and equipment. But thanks for the info.
