Wild Badger Gas Edger Trimmer Spool Head Damage Warning PLEASE WATCH 7/4/2024

My wild badger gas trimmer head broke 3 weeks after having it. The spring broke through the top and it took me a while to get my voice heard by their company. They finally sent me a second head as a free replacement but warned me they would never replace anything else on this product no matter if it was broken or damaged. I had this second head spool and it broke on me yesterday...this one lasted a whopping 48 days as the same spring broke through the top again. If you buy this from their website, it falls under their long term warranty. If you buy it elsewhere (Lowes, Amazon Home Depot, Ebay) it is not covered on the warranty at all. Please share with your friends and family. I do not think they care or have a clue of how bad this piece is on this item.
