Is that a 15 ft Grumman ?
No. It is a 17ft. square stern canoe.
How fast was that current were you fighting?
I guess it was running about 6mph. The river was being funneled through a tight area. So the current was pushing the canoe from the sides a bit. I have to admit. I was a little nervous!!.
