This is phenomenal! The first geo nodes tutorial I've watched that didn't instantly go full on "John Nash" on the math nodes but explained things calmly and thoroughly. You sir might be the reason I finally start to understand geometry nodes. Excellent! :)
Wow, thanks!
Now, you've challenged me to go all John Nash, who is this man (I am a biologist so I know what a man is)? Oh crap, Idk what you mean by that, so may I have an example of these John Nashed tuts you are referencing!?
@@gorkskoal9315 My comment was a year a go. Geometry nodes might have changed 3 times since then. I have many geo add-ons i downloaded earlier that doesn't work on newer versions of blender.
Thankfully, given that it's free, earlier versions of blender are always available for download to run older add-ons if need be.
@@gorkskoal9315 strange, since I remember following along back when it was released and it worked. The whole reason I made the post in the first place.
But remember that 3.0 are in many stages. If this was when 3.0 was in some alpha or beta state the geo parameters might have changed before final release.
"Man! Why isn't it working!" 🤣🤣 Great job on the tutorial! Really helped me take my blends to the next level!!
hehe 😂🤣Glad to hear it!
That made me smile too haha
Glad I can make someone happy 😁
You're definitely one of the most useful and easy to watch Blender teacher there is on UA-cam. Straight to the point without making it complicated. Keep up the great work !
Thank you so much 😊. Definitely will
I agree, easy on both the brain and ears
In my opinion one of the best tutorials for geometry nodes. I never fully understood it. Thank you so much!
Happy to hear that! Thanks for the feedback !

Very cool tutorial to watch, love how you explain all the little things the nodes are capable of
Glad it was helpful!😊
Terrific tutorial! I've just been diving into some more advanced tutorials just to learn new tips and tricks, but they always seem to skip stuff and suddenly stop making sense. This was easy to follow, engaging, and provided a lot of useful tips and information that I'm actually going to absorb for future use! Definitely watching the rest of this part series
Wow, I'm very very Happy to hear :D thanks a lot for the feedback, I'm very glad that you found it informative and useful 😊

Many thanks 😊! Enjoy !
@@CGObaid Now I have a question. I want to do the small body hair on the thigh of a 20 year old young woman. You wouldn't do a tutorial about it by any chance? I have the hair and the thigh but I am at the moment struggling with the material.
Thank you for video 👏
You're welcome 😊
Thank you sir
So nice of you 😀
Merci beaucoup, thank you very much, before this tut i had a small idea about node Geometry and do nothing with it !
You are welcome!
the best everything works thank you very much like me
So Glad to hear that! 😀
Honestly, not editing out mistakes (like fucking up with removing one of the panels at the start) feels more authentic to me. Tutorials who do edit out mistakes seem more professional, but also make me feel like they just know everything without failing which is not good for motivation. Keep it up! Love the tutorial so far!
Wow ! I didn't think about it . I was going to remove that part but I thought to leave it as it is because that feels a bit natural.
Thank y❤u
No Problem !😊💕
Please, keep making the good stuff!
Yes, will do !
Fantastic explanation. The best teachers help students find the answers themselves. At one point I paused the video and went, "wait, wait, here you add a Math Node, set it to Multiply, and set the value to -0.5!" Making the audience feel smart? Subscribed!
Excellent! Glad it was helpful!😊💕
Finally somebody who don't delete the default cube. Impressive!
Thanks a lot! 😊💕💕
You, my friend, are breathfaking!
Thanks a lot, buddy 🥰❤
Will start to learn it tomorrow, lets be patient pips! Godbless us haha
Brilliant, you speak very well.
Thank you very much😊 I try :)
so helpful :D
Glad it helped! 😊💕
Very good instruction . :O)
So glad to hear😊!
you can do what you want!
You can too my friend 😀
Usefull x 100 😁
Glad it helped 😃
1:30 golden blender classics
noice
12:12 I got lost here.. I am starting to learn how to use Blender lately and this is very helpful! Thank you! 🙏
Great to hear! You won't get everything at the first time, it'll take some practice and time 🙂
This video is better the geek show for a beginner 🤓
very good video!
Thank you very much!
great job, great tut !!!
Thanks a lot !😊💕 You create awesome animations.
@@CGObaid Man your GeoNodes tuts are something else! Cheers!
@@JeanYanb Thanks again 😊!
nice tutorial. make more node tutorials. love from india
Thank you, I will
I was surprised to see that Position worked correctly even though not after the subdivide, but in a different path. I thought it would have only taken the position from the original vertex when using the Position node. I was expected to see some 'blocky' areas where they were all the same near the original points. Although I guess I see how it works now. It's all relevant to the node being processed. You know it's the position of the subdivided mesh because those are the positions in the geometry passed to the SetPosition node. At first, I was thinking that attribute was always for initial geometry.
The true default cube lover 1:07
🤣😂
Amazing tutorial! Easy to follow and I am beginning to understand more of what Geometry nodes can do. I would love to find out how to animate this grass as if it is blowing in the wind. I tried using the noise node W setting with some limited results, but still experimenting.
Glad you find it helpful ! Awesome, keep trying. I'll try if I can :)
I think you may need to incorporate a time input
Man i cant believe blender is still free and their creating amazing features like this 😭
It's breathtaking💕 & It will be free forever ♾️
Geometry nodes is one such topic that people find it very difficult to begin with, but you my friend, made it look very easy to understand, thank you so much, I hope you will make more video on geometry-nodes series.
Thank you so much for your kind words, I'm really happy that you found the video easy to understand! Your support motivates me to create more content, I will do my best to create more Geometry nodes vides. Much better than this one.
Please let me know if you have any video ideas :D!
Sorry for the late reply
@@CGObaid Thanks for the reply, I believe any additional videos for geometry nodes will help us, like, Procedural tree, garden, forest, river. OR procedural small house, wall clock, umbrella, neon light system. Basically anything which will increase our knowledge of geometry nodes. I understand, these nodes making is time consuming, but anything , any idea will definitely help us. Thank you.
@@JayeshSarvaiya Procedural tree would be very hard and wouldn't turn at as good, don't know about that, but will make more tutorials on geo nodes.
Currently I'm making tutorial on how I created this animation using geo nodes - ua-cam.com/users/shortsWa93PQWTpww?feature=share
So stay tuned for that & thank you for the ideas!
@@CGObaid No issues, everything and anything, that you teach is worth learning, keep up the good work...!!!😄
@@JayeshSarvaiya Will do my best, thank you so much for the support 💕
3:05 how? I don't see keyframes in that node window. So how could you animate anything if it doesn't have the keyframe dot to the right? Im new so I don't know. thx for the tut!
You can add a keyframe by hovering your mouse over a value then pressing the "I" key on the keyboard or by right clicking on the value then choosing add keyframe.
In order to see the keyframe in the timeline, you need to make sure that both the object and the node in which you have added the keyframe are selected.
@@CGObaid ok, thx!
You're welcome 😊
I see you choose the power of default cube. That why u r powerful.
lol 😂🤣
Downloader not working without turn off defender. But i turned off and it worked. THANKS !
could you plz make tutorial on materials nodes for beginners
its a great video but i have a question. at around minute 12 you get the plane constant on the z axis. but could you just vector math substract .5 right after the noise, because noise shifts the object .5 in any direction?
nice work! produce more!
Thanks, will do!
Thanks, will do!
🥰
1:35 me everytime 🥲
hehe🤣 So relatable
🤩🤩🤩👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
This Is hard, but you explain verry good
So glad😀Thanks for the feedback 😊
1:05 This is phenominal!! 🤣
lol 😂
I want to learn how to learn like you.
What an awesome comment! If you want to learn something then teach it
Bro give realistic city, buildings, and everything....like shadows then replication on the mirror of buildings...then fog, clouds everything 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
"Delete everything but not a cube" - instant subscribe
😂🤣Wow!
Okay, that's a good tutorial. Now, explain to me, why in my blender I can't shake the ground like 7:05
Are you using the Producer version, if so are all the effects and tutorial you use in the video included as standard with the Producer
What do you mean by the Producer version ?
