one of my favorite songs, this is an anthem here in the uk. you should watch him sing Angels live at knebworth 2003, 375,000 people all singing it back to him, it will give you chills.
So agree, it was one of Robbie's best ever live vocals & the FEMALE sound of the crowd came through so well, not sure if it was 375, 000 but 175,000, but it was spectacular.

Robbie Williams is an amazing artist, he's very famous here in Britain. He's had the most solo number 1s in UK chart history recently overtaking Elvis. You should listen to the material he did with Take That, another amazing British band with songwriting legend Gary Barlow.

Amazing song, but man you both paused it going into the chorus. Those are the most powerful parts of the song. You have to hear it all the way through now without pausing. It's such an emotionally charged song.

The music video was filmed at a beach called Saunton Sands North Devon England world famous beach, stunning part of the world. I live very close to it.
I never understood why there was also an American version of the video that really isn’t all that different.

I hope you two do more Robbie Williams. Most of his songs are more cynical/ironic than this one. But this one hit a chord, HUGE hit in the UK and worldwide, except for in America. This song taps into something magical that we all have in common. But you’ve gotta see him perform live. Literally anything from his Knebworth performance. Somebody donate and suggest one! I would but it’s Christmas and I’ve got mouths to feed

Honestly, this version is HORRIBLE compared to the World Cup version with Aida Garifullina/Robbie together (link below). Aida's voice rivals that of Whitney, Celine and Mariah. She has sung duets with the likes of opera studs Andrea Bocelli, Placido Domingo, etc, etc, etc. Literally the voice of an angel.
