Without failure we wouldn't know success. And you can feel like a failure but also not be one. Your tips are excellent!

That is very true:"can feel like one but not be one", it's sometimes our sensitivity ❤

I bet that sandwich totally reminds you of home! Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast is the best! That's really good advice.Do not go shopping. When I am in a funk I exercise and then I try y to recreate a meal from either a restaurant or expensive grocery store like whole foods.

That bacon, egg, and cheese reminds me so much of home. Juju ate my bacon one morning and I totally freaked on him. Haha. I like the idea of recreating a fancy meal. I'll try that one day too.

Love your radical honesty: we all have those days, I am 68 & can honestly say "success" has been more present for me in my latter years. I also get overwhelm & am still working. I try to know myself, when I need rest, exercise or a good cry 😢 wishing you well in your life. You are a darling! I head to Paris next week - fracture boot & all. It will be wonderful 🎉

Thanks. One of the things that I learned years ago is that my honesty about the situations I'm going through might help, inspire, or otherwise encourage someone else and that makes it worth it. Life is about people and we just have to build each other up. Have a wonderful trip and take it easy in the boot.

Haha. I love the NYC high line, but watch out for the guys trying to give you the tokens; don't take them!! Just keep walking!

The timing of this topic is excellent as I’m navigating my way through a few significant changes in my life right now. Your ideas are very helpful. I wasn’t familiar with La Coul’ee Verite. It looks so lovely. I’m always looking for new ideas in self-care. One thing I find very helpful for myself is journaling. It helps sort out & organize my thoughts & ideas. Great video this week!☺️

I wish you peace in navigating through your life changes; I know it's hard. And, you're right, journaling is definitely one of the best ways to help organize your thoughts. Good point. I do that too a lot.

You already are a winner! You positive attitude levels up any challenge that everyday life may bring. We are humans, those feeling may come here and there. I will absolutely practice the going to sleep with a peace of mind. Is a fabulous advice to nurture the soul, instead of the most common retail therapy. Love it! Great job!!! Thanks for sharing!

Oh, thank you so much. Yes, soul nurturing is more fulfilling and lasts longer than retail therapy; but I know our culture is telling us to always buy.

Hello! This is not related to this video which I am about to watch but about another. I tried typology because of you and live it. Typology has asked me for feed back several times and I’ve dropped your name on repeat.

Do you have a job now? I would think both American and French companies would love to hire you, if you are allowed to work in the country.

    • @adrielfelise

I don't want to work for another American company; I want to do consulting to help startups looking to expand. So working for myself :)
