I got the notification of your video as I was leaving to take my son to boxing practice. Well, I thought, I'll listen to it in the car. The first reaction was pure shock! I was petrified! I thought : "My God, this is what you call DARING!" I was literally stunned, the speed of the rhythm, the words spitted out like a machine gun. I thought what could have changed since the last time, what could have happened.... ( Chanel's Exhibition, maybe?) So much violence, so much anger. Then I realized. At home I was watching a video with natural landscapes, a rather long video, so I doubled the running speed. I listened to your track twice at 2x speed!🤣🤣🤣 And I'll tell you, I liked it! Then I finally listened to it again at regular speed. Beautiful music, my friend. I like the bass sound, the beating drums, the synth sounds swaying in the background. There is nothing cheap here. Just music, which I really liked!
Ha! I feel I’ve let you down Luca, next time I’ll do something twice as fast and “shouty”. Just don’t play that at 2 x in your car, otherwise you will be a hazard to other road users 😂
I was definitely not disappointed! It's not easy to make an interesting song at both normal and double speed. Have you even listened to it? Definitely do it, so you'll understand my point of view! 😅
@@lostinmusik I was not joking, you see.... It has definitely something! Of course, done this way it loses some quality, especially on the drums sounds. Consider to make a double speed break beat version, by increasing the speed while preserving the original sounds. Regarding the voice you have two choice : keeping the original with double speed or re-record it with the new tempo and a little bit of anger 😱😄
@matt_one I’m definitely going to have to experiment with this and perhaps one other track I did years ago, which is a complete dirge in its current form but might sound more lively with a break beat.
