I love this cut. I'm 70 years old and wore the Dorothy Hamil Haircut back in the day. I've worn it long as well. My hair use to be thick and course. It's completely white and softer. I love the length, but don't like the way it looks from the side. Too heavy. I hope I can find someone who will texturize my hair correctly. I live in Pearland, Texas and we have a lot of humid weather. Love you and your sweet wife.❤

Its not weird! Im the same😊! Im finding more young stylists aren't trained with same knowledge. I can tell how they cut my hair that i wont end up with the result i want. And we pay $$$ for this?! I dont want to offend but they look at me with glazed look when i try to describe how i want my cut😂 🙄

I love the versatility of the cut as well as it is not too short, and I like my hair behind my ears/off my face. I have fine (lots of it, not thin) and wavy hair (brunette) so believe the cut will work for me as well. It's so true that there is lots more hair at the back and my hairdresser is always so proud of what she had done to the back BUT at the end of the day I want my hair to look fuller and just as good in the front, particularly as front has become thinner!

Dionna, I loved your hair when it was long and when Justin cut it recently to medium length. I have to say, though, I love this! Justin, I appreciate all of your videos. They help me know what to ask my stylist for and how to explain cuts and styles I like. For example, removing bulk versus cutting layers is an eye-opener for me. I also have had a bob most of my adult life and have never had any stylist tell me it should be angled. I would never even consider cutting my own hair, nor do I know anyone that does or would cut their own hair, so the comments about you taking business from stylists seem a bit far-fetched. I have learned so much from your explanations. For example I have never been able to control back hair. Found out I have two cowlicks and if not cut properly no styling tricks ever work to add volume or control etc. So keep on teaching us.

Photos didn’t work. My hair is way shorter than I wanted-no ponytail possible. The very first thing I said was that I wanted it long enough to still put in a ponytail. 😕
