They are perfectly acceptable. The brake handle on this saw was cracked when it arrived, and the box showed signs that it was clearly damaged in shipping. The brake handle has held up just fine. I received the new handle and have not bothered yet to change to the new one. For the rest of the plastics; one day at about 25 degrees F, I pinched the blade, and was very rough with the saws handle and it did not crack or break. I do not know how it will perform in subzero temps.

Still running good. Fuel vent plugged around 10 gallons and i replaced it with a spare I had. I had to bend the chain side plate in a little.

ahyeah I think we know why. I have the same feeling, luckily they run good. Ha Ha
