@JanG No dude. The laughs are on you. The Box is totally out of place because we enjoy a vs Shurima game which plays totally different than a vs SI. By your logic everyone can throw in counter plays like "that would be never possible against X", which is totally mindless. Why? Thats like watching a game of soccer where the shooter whiffed and then a random guy talks like "If that was a game vs Brazil and we had Ronaldo we would never miss that shot". But there is no Ronaldo in play, nor does anybody care because they arent there to watch Ronaldo or Brazil.
I love your more synergistic approach to deck building.

I know your whole shtick is "new deck everyday" but, specially in cases like this were you feel you don't get to showcase the champ or the core card, I don't think anybody would oppose to see you play it again, no need to make a new deck with sion or something haha I love how this deck turned out, fading memories is so cool here

Not only is this the Sion deck I have been waiting for, this just might be the perfect deck that I have been waiting for period. Regardless of expansion or set. It’s… everything I love about Midrange all rolled into one. Constant board pressure, increasingly sticky minions, wide boards with big stats, etc. The Discard Aggro PnZ variant w/Sion (while effective) just isn’t close to this satisfying.
I cannot thank you enough for this deck, Mogwai. You just made my season!

You are such an inspiration, my man. This deck is perfect for its purpose and even against Control Decks it has some tricky combo that can catch out of guard. Your videos are the reason why I got back playing this game and I got back when Azirelia came out. So imagine how hyped I'm now too see upcoming decks. Luv ya, keep going.

The highest WR Sion deck is running him with PnZ, but man, its just so ridiculous having your Sion on board along a flying poro with glasses and a rocket boosted monkey, like, come on, your version with SI definitely plays and feels a lot more EPIC!

You evil genius. I was thinking, in my guts, what Sion should fit SI but I was thinking Kalista and Rekindler to bring sion back but of course the cronicle of ruin! YES! This might be my favorite deck now. DAM. I cant express how mutch I love this deck, really. Sion is one of my favorites champs on the MOBA becouse he is so "CRUMBLE!" "COWARRRRRDDSSS" and when you kill him, he just be like florida man too angry to die and puntches you to death. Thx mate. Cheers!

First deck I crafted was Teemo / Caitlyn and so far it's really good. Very fun to play, and Corinna is just insane. I'm scared to face Sion though, he looks really strong.

Fizz Nami is absolutely fucking disgusting this expansion mark my words
and makes some of them unplayable by increasing mana cost/ making them 0 power. Usually along side spawning whatever unit created the prank, and progressing fizz level up etc. Super balanced!
Tbh it wouldn't be too bad, but the issue is that they always get +2 mana when it hits a spell, and no matter what that +2 is really obnoxious
it's really strong competitively speaking
The champion I'm most interested in is Caitlyn, and I would love to see more decks with her!

I think is pretty dope! Spreading, always granting Soraka some stats, actually not bad. I had my share of failed Soraka experiments (Darius, Renekton), maybe this time it will work better
@@diogosalgado Yo actually Poppy Zed is better. I just replaced Lulu with Poppy (in Elusive Rally Deck) because she has better effect granting everyone stats instead of only one unit getting temporary buff

This expansion was really good up to the point they loaded it full of elusive and overwhelm damage. Either can't interact or make it pointless to do so cause Noxus has infinite value plays. Fuck this set and fuck the devs for not even attempting to balance their shit game for 4 months at a time.
Sion is such an amazing champion, Xerath tho...
Lol he’s cool for sure but it did literally almost nothing in every game, risen reckoner was the MVP by a long shot, summoning multiple copies of that card is insanely busted vs decks that don’t run a lot of removal

I am a huge fan of this deck because like you said, it requires some careful piloting to execute well. It reminds me of a more combo oriented version of nightfall aggro which also requires more strategic turns than the average aggro deck.
Sion's so fun to play ! the first deck that i wanted to try was a Hecarim-Sion idea based on ephemerals (and maybe the Atakhan-Spectral Matron combo 'cause i find it so funny) so i'm really glad to have your precious insights on Sion in Shadow Isles ! Anyway great vid as always, love your decks and love you as a person. Cheers !
Love it! I made a deck with Kalista using the combo of salt and stitches and reborn grenadier! It’s actually not bad at all went 3-0! included Sion aswell just cuz he’s my favorite card in the expansion! 💪🏽
I was skeptical in the first read of the list, but man, it looks pretty fun! I'll try replacing one Chronicler with Harrowing to spread to a late Win con, and if Sion and the Returned have already died, we are looking at two Rallies 😱
Yeah I also think that 3 chroniclers are unnecessary, a sprinkle of harrowing would be interesting
He said he tweeted didn't like harrowing as he found the deck to be a bit to fast for it.
Sion is one of my favorites champions of LoL, i was very hyped to play with him in LoR
Even if we couldn´t see Sion today, we at least saw how strong his followers are, and the very cool combos with Shadow Isles. The combos look way too nasty!
This is Noxus at its best! Finally we have a true Noxus deck that is competitive again.
Not some wimpsy "ping-dmg-TF-pray-for-rng" stuff. Really glad this is happening.
And if the META stays like its is now, YASUO/SWAIN with intimidating roar and even more culling strike will see some glory moments.

I think printing cards that removes block is a really bad idea because it takes away one of the best things about Runeterra in its board interaction. It's soooo strong. Overwhelm was enough imo. Only thing I don't like in this very cool expansion! Cool video though, I'm glad Sion is getting a good rep like this :)
That 4 grenadiers in one turn is so disgusting, the Zilean guy just went “I’m not dealing with this shit.”
Dont underestimate bandle tree with poppy and board swarm plus enemy silences. Ofc it is not winning every game but it is pretty good and feels like an extended Version of exodia. I just love it!!
You can tell that huykurobaa with the teemo/caitlyn deck wasn’t realizing that his units were granted “cannot block” when he actually tried to defend against Mogwai.
This new Noxus card really show how Noxus works as a region

Discard is tough. Putting Draven in made a huge difference for me. But I do need to point out My favorite Cardboi, is that while you only need to draw one Lost Soul, including only one makes that tough.
Now I see that discard synergy isn't what you need in this list, so one is probably plenty. But in the PnZ variant I think 2 is the sweet spot (maybe 2 lost soul and one lady of Blood)

Wouldn’t it make sense for Riot to put all the customization items (boards, guardians, etc) in the early access client to encourage viewers of content creators to buy them??
reborn grenadier feels a little too broken/explosive to me specially when you can summon 2+ but otherwise seems great, amazing showcase as usual.
this deck is amazing without needing sion, when decks actually get good to even compete this deck will showcase it's true potential
