Great to see you get to Iron Maiden finally. My first time seeing them was 1985. Now I'm 52 and going to my tenth time. Seeing my favorite band of all time. I am a musician. I've been playing drums, bass, guitar sense I was 16. It because of them I'm so passionate about music. The bass writes most of the songs. I met him I'm 1982. Steve Harris is the bass player. Bruce Dickinson is the singer. He is a pilot and flies the band around on tour in a 747. The best band I have ever seen live. From Ozzy, Metallica, Judas Priest, Kiss, The Eagles ang many, many more. They are still the best ever. Make sure you watch Hallowed be Thy Name live. The just go down the rabbit hole. You have over 35 years to go from.
I had the privilege of raising 4 daughter's on my own. I have taken all them to see Maiden. Each time it was there first concert. They were amazed. They all know Maiden like the back of their hands. I told them. Only thing now is when you go to a concert. Your going to say. "Man this band sucks. Not as good as Maiden".LOL. thier all adults now. They all agree. Maiden is the best.
This performance is so amazing. I love iron maiden very much, songs like "Number of the beast" or "Hallowed be thy name" are legendary. I grew up with their music and they still impress me with their energy. I saw them in dortmund some years ago and until to this day it is one of the best life concerts i ever saw.

Very nice performance Sabina. You really seemed to enjoy this. :D And yeah. Bruce is an amazing frontman. Best thing about Iron Maiden is that you still have another 120+ songs this good to check in my opinion, I have almost 130 of their songs in a Maiden playlist and I enjoy a lot any of those many songs. This said, i recommend you do any of their songs next, since any of their songs is great.
It's always amazing to see people still appreciating bands from 40/50 years ago. I got into them during brave new world and my bucket list item was to see them live and I was finally able to in 2016. Hope to see them again one more time though
Absolutely. Iron Maiden produces timeless music. They are masters of their craft. Like Mozart, Bach, Vivaldi, Queen, AC/DC. The style does not matter, the proof is in the impact. People are moved by Bach still today, and they will be moved by Maiden songs in the far future. 👍

Yes! I've been a Maiden fan since 1980. They put on a great live show. My first time seeing them live was Day on the Green in Oakland in 1981. They were the opening act and blew the rest of the bands away.
Iron Maiden are living legends. They are the best story-telling band in Metal. They set the bars (of raising expectations, and of delivering quality) extremely high. They are headlining stadiums. I do not know who wants to follow these guys on stage at all. When they finish their show, all is said and done.
First see iron maiden in 82 in London, and saw them this year at download festival, great story tellers , great frontman and great musicians, I suggest hallowed be thy name 1982 Hammersmith for young Bruce's vocals, and anything from rock in Rio
He (Bruce) is dressed as neither a super hero nor a villian. He is the story teller. Iron Miaden are the masters of telling an absolutely fabulous story with lyrics, intrumentals and movements lasting many times longer than most bands would even dare to dream of!
Great Iron Maiden. From Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. I saw this tour in 2004. I saw all Maiden's concerts in Rio de Janeiro since 1998 until 2022 in Rock in Rio last week. Sorry my english.
Yes fanilly!!!! Welcome to the rabbit hole of maiden! There is no singer like bruce, and i cant wait to see you take this journey!!! Up the Irons! Cheers from argentina.
Stephen Percy Harris (born 12 March 1956) is an English musician who is the bassist, keyboardist, backing vocalist, primary songwriter and founder/leader of heavy metal band Iron Maiden. He has been the band's only constant member since their inception in 1975 and, along with guitarist Dave Murray, the only member to appear on every album. Harris has a recognisable and popular style of bass playing, particularly the "gallop" which can be found on many Iron Maiden recordings, such as the singles "Run to the Hills" and "The Trooper". In addition to his role as the band's bass player, writer and backing vocalist, he has undertaken many other roles for the group, such as producing and co-producing their albums, directing and editing their live videos and performing studio keyboards and synthesisers. He has been cited as one of the greatest heavy metal bassists. In 2012, Harris released his debut solo album, British Lion, which was followed by The Burning in 2020. Wikipedia.
07.12.1983 I was 14 years old.I saw Iron Maiden the first time live on their "Piece of Mind" Tour.It was my first concert too.And the Michael Schenker Group was the opener. The ticket cost 24,50 DM. 😎🤘
Try "Hallowed be Thy Name" and "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" both studio and live versions if you like storytelling and a great song!! Both live versions can be found on their Flight 666 tour videos.
Hello Sabina, amazing reaction. 👍Thank you! You were "in" it, and taken by the vibe. But it is luxury, of course, to have this absolutely mind-blowing show as basis. 😉 I very much like your method of writing your thoughts unto the screen. By this, we know what you think, without being disturbed by interruptions. Excellent job. 👍Stay tuned, stay positive! 😊
I first encountered Iron Maiden in 1987, and I immediately lived their music. It wasn't until 2000 that I saw them live, though, for various reasons. I have seen them live three times, and the show is always great.
First started listening to Iron Maiden in 1982, saw them live in 88, incredible iconic legendary performers, better live than most bands in the studio, their bassist Steve Harris has always been a great inspiration and influence on me in my own music and you wont find a better singer or a more insanely talented duo of guitarists than Dave Murray and Adrian Smith anywhere on this planet, the whole band is in sync with each other without needing to look at one another, great reaction!, you should try Fear of the Dark live or Rime of the Ancient Mariner (another epic storytelling performance).
Bruee is one of the best voice and performer in the business - such a nice guy too. I've seen them live and they are quite amazing - what a show, what an energy.
Sabina, Maiden know many secrets about what makes for great art and great performance. They are very theatrical, very musical, very human, in a way that almost every other band doesn't "get".
Ahhh a true authentic reaction and I love how you got lost in the song and put the words in the edit to express how you felt listening to it. Subbed and loved! I'll look forward to more reactions. Iron Maiden are the real deal, love this band so much!
I like your reaction videos , you're not pausing the video every 2 seconds. I became a Iron Maiden fan at the age of 14 , I'm now 43. So many bands and musician's are inspired by Iron Maiden / Bruce Dickinson. This year Maiden concert in Dortmund will be my 16th Maiden concert. Iron Maiden untill i dance with the death
4+ decades of musical influence. This band really has earned the title "Grandfather" of heavy metal. They just completed a tour and played to over 3 million people on it. They will take a little break and go do it again. They have been playing tours to literally millions since the mid 80's as the headliner - it seems they are ageless. I have seen them a dozen times since my first show in '85. Iron Maiden really has been there since I can really remember listening to music. Any song by them live becomes a show, Bruce defines "frontman" for any type of music. Up the Irons! 🤘
Loveliest ever reaction. Thank you for giving time for music, and not cutting it every 5 seconds. You rule \,,/ 1985 first contact. First live 1992. Up the Irons! \,,/
I can only agree with all the comments here, Sabina. Seeing you experience Maiden for the first time brought a big smile to my face! 😃. I first saw them headlining Monsters of Rock (now Download) in 1988! Still the best gig I've ever been to. Their songs are inspired by myths and legends, books and films. Probably my favourite piece of incredible storytelling by Maiden is The Rime of the Ancient Mariner (13 minute interpretation of Samuel Coleridge's poem), on Live After Death. But there are SO many classic songs by Maiden. Welcome to the Maiden family 😉 Up The Irons!
Sabina, welcome to the wonderful experience called Iron Maiden. I've been able to see them live 15th times, the last time in Belfast for their current tour The Legacy of the Beast and they had never disappointed me or the fans. That's why 40 years later Iron Maiden have a legion of fans everywhere in the world.
Iron Maiden is INCREDIBLE live!!! I don't know if you noticed, but they have one bass player, and three lead guitar players. One thing I bet you don't know about Bruce is that he has his Commercial Captain's License to fly four of Boeings 700 series airplanes. He is also one of the Captain's for Iron Maidens own 747. Two of Iron Maiden's biggest hits are 'The Trooper' and 'The Number of the Beast'.
First heard them in '82-83 as a twelve year old and they have been my favorite band ever since. First album I bought was Piece of Mind. I've seen them 5 times (way not enough) and have introduced all three of my kids to them and they have also seen them live and agree that their shows are amazing. If you want to really see crowd participation, check out any Maiden show in South America. The crowds are enormous! I've met Nicko and he is one of the coolest guys. There is no other band like Maiden. Excited you are on this journey now! Such great music lies ahead.
Fans of Iron Maiden have a rallying cry of "Up the Irons" because the founder of the band Steve Harris is a fan of the East London, English Premier League Football Club, (soccer in a few countries over the world), West Ham United, their nicknames are The Hammers and The Irons. Iron Maiden are an English heavy metal band formed in Leyton, East London, in 1975 by bassist and primary songwriter Steve Harris. The band's discography has grown to 39 albums, including 16 studio albums, 12 live albums, four EPs, and seven compilations. Three guitarists, one bassist, one drummer and the longest serving singer is Bruce Dickenson. Outside his career in music, Dickinson is well known for his wide variety of other pursuits. Most notably, he undertook a career as a commercial pilot for Astraeus Airlines, which led to a number of media-reported ventures such as captaining Iron Maiden's converted charter aeroplane, Ed Force One, during their world tours. Following Astraeus' closure, he created his own aircraft maintenance and pilot training company in 2012, Cardiff Aviation. Dickinson presented his own radio show on BBC Radio 6 Music from 2002 to 2010, and has also hosted television documentaries, authored novels and film scripts, created a successful beer with Robinsons Brewery and competed at fencing internationally. He is known as the siren because of his powerful voice. Pioneers of the new wave of British heavy metal, Iron Maiden achieved initial success during the early 1980s. After several line-up changes, the band went on to release a series of UK and US platinum and gold albums, including 1982's The Number of the Beast, 1983's Piece of Mind, 1984's Powerslave, 1985's live release Live After Death, 1986's Somewhere in Time, and 1988's Seventh Son of a Seventh Son. Since the return of lead vocalist Bruce Dickinson and guitarist Adrian Smith in 1999, the band has undergone a resurgence in popularity, with a series of new albums and tours. Their 2010 studio offering, The Final Frontier, peaked at No. 1 in 28 countries and received widespread critical acclaim. The sixteenth studio album, The Book of Souls, was released on 4 September 2015 to similar success, topping the charts in 24 countries. Iron Maiden are considered one of the most influential and successful heavy metal bands in history, with The Sunday Times reporting in 2017 that the band have sold over 100 million copies of their albums worldwide,[5][6] despite little radio or television support. The band won the Ivor Novello Award for international achievement in 2002. As of October 2013, the band have played over 2000 live shows throughout their career. For 40 years the band have been supported by their famous mascot, "Eddie", who has appeared on almost all of their album and single covers, as well as in their live shows. Wikipedia.
Maiden was my intro to metal back in 85. Piece of Mind was a phenomenal album. They've been my gold standard ever since based on longevity of quality, audience appreciation, and lyrical quality. Wonderful to see you enjoy it too!
Iron Maiden was at the forefront of what some have called the second wave of British heavy metal to arrive in the U.S. in the late 70's. Their current lead singer, Bruce Dickenson, joined the band for their third album, The Number Of The Beast. Except for a brief 2 album break, he's been there ever since. He is manic on stage, in constant motion. The only thing that ever slowed him down was a battle with throat cancer a few years ago, which he fortunately beat. Over 45 years and their still recording, touring, and rocking the world where ever they go.
Probably the best metal group to come out of Great Britain. Bruce Dickinson is an outstanding front man with a voice that lends itself symbiotically to the music. The holder of a history degree and a commercial pilots licence, Dickinson has been the driving force vocally and is for me a man with no equal in the world of U.K. metal. Driving guitar riffs and scatter gun drums, their music is stylish. I’m lucky enough to have seen them live a few times and each time I left the venue with clouds of wow swirling around my head. Sabina…you may have to invest in a neck brace if you embrace their back catalogue…it’s difficult to keep still. Great reaction and a great song.
I grew up on 50 60s and 70s music I was in my teens in the seventies and eighties and I discovered Judas Priest and Iron Maiden and life change. From the first album of being a fan I've seen them five times and they never fail to deliver. So theatrical so musically tight. BTW, they have three guitar players now.
I got to see Maiden live three times, and they were amazing every time. The last band I was in covered a bunch of Maiden songs. Steve's bass lines were so much fun to play.
If you enjoyed this performance, Rime Of The Ancient Mariner from Flight 666 is a must. The stage show is fantastic. Also, Hallowed Be Thy Name from 1982 (one of the very first times they played it), or 2001 (probably the most polished performance), Hallowed is considered one of the best rock songs ever written, and I’m sure every Iron Maiden fan ranks it in their top 10.

Sabina, you are one of the genuine people with reactions. About the song. You should see the lyrics as well. It’s a story during medieval Black Death times. Also it’s about story telling.
If you've ever seen Spinal Tap, and the "but this one goes to eleven" mark scratched your soul, that's why Iron Maiden added a guitar, making it three. Or, that's them playing with the Trinity? P.S. Bruce, the vocalist, he flies their tour plane. Watch Flight: 666. Watch that entire video. You think falling in love with them was already easy, watch THAT video. 🤣🤣🤣
Iron Maiden is one of the rare bands that has 3 guitarists. And how that came about is an interesting story in of itself. Allow me to give you a brief history of the band's line-up. From 1980 to 1981, the line-up was Paul Di'Anno on Vox, Adrian Smith & Dave Murray on Guitar, Steve Harris on Bass, and Clive Burr on Drums. There was a bunch of other guys in the band in the "founding years" but I'm only gonna talk about their recording line-up here. From 1982 to 1990, the line-up was Bruce Dickinson on Vox, Adrian Smith & Dave Murray on Guitar, Steve Harris on Bass, and Nicko McBrain on Drums After their 1988 album tour, Adrian decided to leave the band. So they had to find another guitarist. Enter Janick Gers. So the band records two more albums in 1990 and 1992 with the line of Bruce Dickinson on Vox, Dave Murray & Janick Gers on Guitar, and Nicko McBrain on Drums. And then out of nowhere, Bruce decides to leave the band to focus on his solo career. And to be honest, his solo albums are pretty damn good. Check out the song "Tears of the Dragon" (extended version if you can find it) from his 1994 album. He did solo work all the way up to 2005. I've got all of those albums, six of them in fact, and I think 4 of them were released as 2-disc Deluxe versions with a ton of bonus tracks. But anyway...Iron Maiden tumbled on... So in 1996 and 1998, Maiden released two albums with Blaze Bailey on Vox, Dave Murray & Janick Gers on Guitar, Steve Harris on Bass, and Nicko McBrain on Drums. Well, Blaze on Vox didn't work out too well, as those two albums are generally forgotten by the fans, although there were a couple good songs on them that the band still performs to this day. So here's where it gets interesting... In 1999, the band got to talking with both Bruce and Adrian, and they both decided to come back to the band. So what to do with Janick., right? Well, nothing...they decide to keep him as he was a great guitarist and fit the band's mood perfectly. And I think he was a personal friend of the band before joining in 1990 anyway. That's how we got 3 guitarists. Which is extremely cool because in some of their compositions, they all three play off one another quite well. In this "Dance of Death" performance alone, the first set of guitar solos starts of with Adrian, he usually wears a head band of some sort because of his hair type. Then it was Dave Murray. Followed by Janick at the end. He's the one jumping around the most while playing his guitar vertically a lot. It's never been a better time to be a Maiden fan as they have recently released brand new Remasters of their entire catalog that were initially finalized in 2015 and released on Vinyl in a staggered release pattern up until 2018 I believe. Then in 2019, they started to release CD versions. And finished up in 2021 I believe. But what makes these Remasters special is that unlike the 1998 Remasters, these did not suffer from the Loudness War of the 1990s. The Loudness War was when Record Labels would boost the overall volume across the entire song during the Remastering Process, thus killing the wider dynamic range of the original recordings, so you'd lose that big OOMPH coming out of a softer part of the song. The 2015 Remasters were not only Loudness War rejectors, but before they were even touched by the mixing board, they original analog tapes were physically cleaned up, and even repaired in some cases, and then meticulously ran thru a digital cleaning to remove the pops and hisses, and then finally remastered to bring back the original intent of the music in a modern 21st Century way. A couple of the albums still sound a bit wonky, but they sounded bad to begin with. The reason I brought all that up is because if you're interested in collecting their music on Disc, now is a good time, as all of them should be readily available.
Have seen a few 100 concerts since 1982, across Europe and even some in USA. Iron Maiden was a long time my no 1 live band. Only one was better, that was Nightwish with Floor and Marko. Btw. no 3, 4 and 5 most impressing shows was by Pink Floyd, Garth Brooks and Cher.
I love Nightwish and ,Floor is the best vocalist live today. She just put old a new single today. I loved it. Nightwish is my new Iron Maiden. Check out Floor's new single.
3 guitarists and the bass player. Awhile back one of the guitarists had to leave for personal reasons, so they hired another guitarist. When the one asked to come back Bruce said he could not fire the one they hired so they kept him.
He is so expressive and charismatic! Love his voice and overall performance. He is, in my opinion, one of the absolute best male vocalists of all times! My personal top 3 of male singers is the 3 D's. Dio, Draiman and of course Dickinson
Another one in wich Bruce sings in character is Powerslave. Try the official version at Long Beach. He goes even creepier and more dramatic in that one.
Sad, Maiden was this summer in Danemark. 😪 But 2023 maybe back in Europe. Actually they are in the us & canada. Really appreciate that you kept the song playing and not paused it like many other people reacting to music do, but you added interesting comments for us to read and note; definitely will look at other reactions from your channel. Keep going!
They are on tour now, lots of amazing show 2022 footage on youtube. Got my tix for 9/27/22. 2022 setlist is posted online. Up The Irons!
I've seen them live 15 times. 14 times in California and one time in Nashville where I reside. I've just become a subscriber also

Every time i was their consert.. time fly.. and always audience is part of the show.
Good to see you find the Maiden, good you liked it, have fun with listening to more of their work, greets from Bulgaria
I saw them in 1985 and a few months ago and they are absolutely legendary live
First see iron maiden in 82 in London, and saw them this year at download festival, great story tellers , great frontman and great musicians, I suggest hallowed be thy name 1982 Hammersmith for young Bruce's vocals, and anything from rock in Rio
He (Bruce) is dressed as neither a super hero nor a villian. He is the story teller. Iron Miaden are the masters of telling an absolutely fabulous story with lyrics, intrumentals and movements lasting many times longer than most bands would even dare to dream of!
Enjoying seeing you discover Maiden, keep em coming Sabina 🤘
Great Iron Maiden. From Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. I saw this tour in 2004.
I saw all Maiden's concerts in Rio de Janeiro since 1998 until 2022 in Rock in Rio last week. Sorry my english.
i am madly in love with their music. it makes me so emotional. cant really explain it. i need it every day lol
Best touring band ever. Saw them 1988. Best show I have ever seen.
Yes fanilly!!!! Welcome to the rabbit hole of maiden! There is no singer like bruce, and i cant wait to see you take this journey!!! Up the Irons! Cheers from argentina.
I absolutely love watching people react to Maiden for the first time. They always have a huge smile plastered on their faces
Both live versions can be found on their Flight 666 tour videos.
seeing them performing live is one of the best experiences in life
One of the best vocalists on earth
Hello Sabina, amazing reaction. 👍Thank you! You were "in" it, and taken by the vibe.
But it is luxury, of course, to have this absolutely mind-blowing show as basis. 😉
I very much like your method of writing your thoughts unto the screen. By this, we know what you think, without being disturbed by interruptions.
Excellent job. 👍Stay tuned, stay positive! 😊
After this reaction I think I love you! You really keep the essence of Iron Maiden! Up the Irons!
I first encountered Iron Maiden in 1987, and I immediately lived their music.
It wasn't until 2000 that I saw them live, though, for various reasons. I have seen them live three times, and the show is always great.
Your face of joy!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍 awesome song, love your reaction!!!!
Buckle up. They're a band that needs to be seen and heard live, not just the studio version. It's not just a concert, it's a performance.
Bruee is one of the best voice and performer in the business - such a nice guy too. I've seen them live and they are quite amazing - what a show, what an energy.
Dortmund 2003' (have been there)!!! Great Show and a great Tour!!!
I was at this show in Dortmund. It was fantastic
You rule \,,/
1985 first contact.
Great reaction Sabina
Keep it up 👍
You can’t be wrong with Iron Maiden
They always tear the place down I have been seeing them for 20yrs! live!
Well done Sabina, you "nailed it " with that breakdown of the song/performance!
Thanks!! 😊
Over 45 years and their still recording, touring, and rocking the world where ever they go.
how not to be enchanted with these 6 young people? I loved the video congratulations.
The sheer energy Iron Maiden has to this day is just amazing!
Iron Maiden is the Band of all time for me.
"Best"
I grew up on 50 60s and 70s music I was in my teens in the seventies and eighties and I discovered Judas Priest and Iron Maiden and life change. From the first album of being a fan I've seen them five times and they never fail to deliver. So theatrical so musically tight. BTW, they have three guitar players now.
I got to see Maiden live three times, and they were amazing every time. The last band I was in covered a bunch of Maiden songs. Steve's bass lines were so much fun to play.
Fantastic performance, thoroughly enjoyed it👍
This performance is kind of like watching an opera or a Broadway show
I love this song! Bruce is an amazing frontman
Please react to more Iron Maiden live videos!! I have seen Iron Maiden live about 10 times
I saw this Live 6 days ago. And although he has let his hair go grey/white, the energy was the same for almost 2 1/2 hours.
Up The Irons!
We the people demand Henry back to the channel 😁
This guy is a poet and he makes all his shows like a story and i think il never see such a good front man
If you enjoyed this performance, Rime Of The Ancient Mariner from Flight 666 is a must.
Going to see them for the 8th time later this week. Always a great performance. Awesome reaction.
Sabina thanks for this great reaction to the great band MAIDEN🤘, I just saw them this past September 7th in the chaotic Mexico City😉, imagine 65,000 fans singing and jumping simply amazing. please more MAIDEN in the future take care of yourself GREETINGS.
The costume at the beginning is what you would typically see at a masquerade ball.
That song is fantastic
Saw them live 3 times, one time even with Dio as first part. Was the best concert I've seen.
Thanks! And lord of the flies is a great live version on that concert .
Scream for Bruce !
The power in that voice just talking is unreal!
One day i have wanted make my "best of" of Maiden songs.... I have taken 80% of their songs, easily. They are magic.
*Nice Reaction 😊👍 Iron Maiden is One of The Best Live in The World. No Other Band Can Beat Them. All Members Are Very Energetic.*

*In This Song 👇*

Thank you girl for this reaction! I hope you react to more Iron Maiden's live perforaces specially the old Maiden.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Those 3 solos are what makes Iron Maiden the greatest! up the Irons!
Darlin', you are in for a fun ride with Maiden...If you choose!
From 1982 to 1990, the line-up was Bruce Dickinson on Vox, Adrian Smith & Dave Murray on Guitar, Steve Harris on Bass, and Nicko McBrain on Drums
After their 1988 album tour, Adrian decided to leave the band.
Beautiful reaction. Thank you! ☺️👍
But 2023 maybe back in Europe. Actually they are in the us & canada.
Some interessting songs:
When the wild wind blows - live en vivo
Afraid to shot strangers | the prisoner - live rock in rio 2013
Wasted years - flight 666 / book of souls tour
Dream of mirrors - rock in rio 2001
Saw them in 2018 in Hannover, germany and 2022 Berlin, germany
Extrem show, like a melodic theatre.
I don't know what he was supposed to be dressed up as, but it gave me proper phantom of the opera type of vibes with that mask. Speaking of phantom of the opera, that's a song of theirs well worth a listen to
I haven't seen them live, only heard them. Half the audience that showed up couldn't get in, so we were listening from the outside. :(
He is up to 70 and still rocks people on stage
MAIDEN RULES 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻... GREAT REACTION THANKS FOR SHARE
For sure Iron Maiden is the BEST!!!
